    Transaction happened July 2023. I started making inquiries on window installation for my home. I did find company Aesop's Gables NM LLC for the job after looking at online reviews. I went ahead and filed for credit with the company MOMNT, which they were using at the time. I did get a line of credit for 12,000 which was approved and was paid to the merchant. I did have Aesop's and Gamble send out someone to measures windows that same month but after that, I heard nothing. I did try to reach out to the company plenty of times with no avail. I did finally reach out to the finance company in which they also tried for an entire year to reach out to the company in which they also got no response. I did speak with the finance company today 01/27/25 and they did inform me I was now responsible for making payments even though services were not provided.

    Hello, I am curently a 74 year old woman who called them. Last year to remove mytub and just install a shower for safety reasons. On its self they told me they can start by friday. They came on a tuesday to talk to me and my son. Well, they did not come until three months later. They would not anser my phone calls, but demanded money from me by the third month. I told them I would not pay until they at least started the job. Now they finished it, but the wall on the right is about 1 inch short. The molding on the floor is grey, when my shower walls are a tan color. The water temperature is not regulating and they said they had to reorder the part. Its been a year and no answer. The hot water knob is cold and the cold water know is for hot. My shower smells like sewer. It never did. Now I have to cover it with something so it can alleviate the smell. The man that was working here said he was going to come back and never did. I had to clean up my patio and move things back to its place because they just up and left and never called me back. The man who originally sold me the bathroom renovation refused to answer my call, but just sent me a text message to send an email for complaints. Not once have I been responded back.

    We have been informed that Aesop's Gables is no longer in business. No product has been delivered. Attached contract dated 6-12-23 for "Demo existing kitchen cabinets, countertops and flooring. Install new upper and lower cabinets. Reface cabinets in DR1(112) style in Natural Maple Color. Install Gardena Gt countertop with matching backsplash and new subtop. Demo existing wall behind stove and install new lower cabinets. Make countertop one level piece. Pantry installed on living room side. Keep existing stainless steel sink but install as under mount sink and do sink hookup. Install Nucor luxury vinyl flooring in kitchen. Install customer supplied lighting fixture." We have contacted the former owner Monica Linfoot (505) 280-2917 but no response after contact on 3/11/24.

    I had a contract for exterior stucco from Aesop's Gable. I signed in November 2022. They started the project and never finished. They left several hundreds of pounds of cement bags on my dining room floor for over a year, which was heavy to move and pulling that side of the house down. The company will not return my call. When I call the number, the man said he only does windows, and the company no longer does stucco. They refuse to honor the contract. I paid approximately $8000. I can't get ahold of anyone who will tell me what color and brand of paint that was used, so we can try to finish the project with the correct color match. The property is at *** ** **** ** Carlsbad, NM 88220. I am the owner.

    Aseop's Gables reneged on their verbal and written contract with me. After Aesop's employee (Nancy) secured a loan with Green Sky she requested 1/2 the amount agreed upon. I wasn't comfortable with the request so I agreed to 1/2 of 1/2. After the money was taken out of the Green Sky Loan a second employee came to measure for a second time. He discovered the original measurements were wrong on 1 of the 3 doors Aesop's Gables agreed to install. I tried several times to reach Nancy of Shane. Neither one returned my calls.

    On June15,2023 A salesman by the name of Paul came to my home. I signed a contract with him for 4 new big windows. I paid him 6000.00 cash and stayed with a balance of 1,500.00 which I would pay at the end of service completed. I kept calling and got recordings. I finally contacted a person whom stated that my best bet was to hire an attorney due to one owner leaving!! I can not afford an attorney due to being on a fixed income. I really would appreciate if you could help me out on getting my money back.Please

    On March 22, 2023 I paid Aesop's Gables $4,500 for a 3 panel window to be installed in my bedroom. I have the check stub which is dated. Aesop's Gables committee to deliver and install a 3 panel window. The nature of the dispute is I still have no window, no one answers their phone or if they do they transfer me to another number that does not answer. This has been ongoing since March and it is now October 2023. I can't get anyone to call me back or tell me what is happening.

    I signed a contract with aesobs gables on June 19th 2023 to replace all of the windows in our recently purchased home after they had came out and did an estimate and window measurements. They told me it would be 6 weeks from us signing the contract that they will be here to install and do the windows. We applied for a loan and they took out 9,000$ and said that they have ordered the windows. Since then we have tried to contact them and get updates on our windows they had told us that a new company was taking over our job and contract called aesthetic, windows, and doors based out of El Paso Texas we cannot get ahold of them and aesobs gables seems to have closed their business and we cannot get ahold of them either. We just want our windows done or our money replaced. We appreciate you guys taking a look into this for us and look forward to hearing from you! Thank you much

    January 2023 signed kitchen remodel for $40,000.00 March 2023 kitchen done EXCEPT floating shelves, two doors, pantry not done June 2023 got contract for bathroom remodel confirmed with bill of $15,000.00 June 2023 bathroom plan and kitchen finish from Supervisor at Aesop's and Gables Bill M******** sent ledger with details of kitchen finish and bathroom remodel costs. June 2023 my loan at Momnt Loan Company paid Aesop's and Gables $55,000.00 for both kitchen and bathroom remodel July 2023-present day NO WORK DONE since they got paid. Kitchen not finished and bathroom never started.

    Aesop’s Gables never started any demolition work to start the project, nor did they deliver any merchandise for said project. This project was to include a loadbearing wall remove and structural beam placement to facilitate an open kitchen/living room design. The cost of this alone was in the $10-12K range. Also, zero product was ever delivered to our address. This would have included cabinetry and structural materials. After being contacted by terminated Aesop’s Gables employee, Christina S****, we were informed that we should probably seek legal action as Aesop’s Gables was going out of business. I did reach out to Aesop’s Gables on their main number several times without being able to leave a message. When I was finally able to leave a message on 08/03/2023, I stated what I had been told by recently terminated employees Christina S**** (Sales Engineer) and Chris G******* (Design Engineer). Since then, I have not received any communication from anyone currently employed by Aesop’s Gables regarding this project. Therefore, I feel Aesop’s Gables has in fact breached the original contract by failing to respond and not starting the remodel that we, ******* and ******* *********, paid a $22,500.00 deposit to start. We have not received any product from them, nor have we ever received the final .DWG CAD files for future use with another company. At this time, we are left with nothing to show for our $22,5000.00 deposit except a $900 sink that we paid for ourselves and $22,500.00 less in our savings account to fund the project with another company. We are also having to dispute a $25,000.00 window package we financed thru Momnt financial. Also contracted thru Aesop’s Gables on 06/23/2023. In summary, ******* and ******* ********* paid Aesop’s Gables a $22,5000.00 deposit for kitchen remodel, and $25,0000.00 for a complete widow package. Both of which have never had a start date set, project(s)started, or received product for.
