  We purchased windows in May 2023 from Aesops Gables and then they silently dissolved that portion of their company without any communication to us. Did they cash the check we wrote for our windows in full? Yes. Heart breaking experience for our family.

  This business is a scam. They sell products and services under a number of different names which are regularly abandoned in order to shed poor reviews. It is very suspicious to say the least. Avoid this business at all costs.

  Bathroom Remodel. This is to let the BBB readers know that this business has folded. We had contracted for a bath remodel in December of 2022. It is Middle August and the work has been 50% completed! We filed a complaint with the ********************************. The investigator came out this past week. That is when we found out the company had folded and left us in a lurch. We called repeatedly to Aesop's Gables and they would not return calls. Turnover was extraordinarily high. We have not been able to use the bathroom for more than five months. We financed the bathroom remodel and have been paying monthly since January of 2023. So now we know that the business folded. Most likely due to poor management and dubious business practices. The only redeeming part of our saga is that they did have a legitimate ** ROC #. So we will work on a recovery if possible. The State of ******************************** have been very helpful so far, though they appear busy.

  Shorted us a window on an order. Installed what they had. It was already paid for. Now no one answers the phone. Must be out of business? ??

  Ordered a bathroom shower redone, paid $14,000.00 and it shows on the contract that is was paid to Aesops Gable. They have torn the shower apart, put up two walls and disappeared. It's been torn apart for three weeks and no one will call me about it. I've been given phone number after number, been transferred all to a voice mail (this has all been at least 20 times) and have been hung up on and still no response. They didn't even have all the fiber glass parts to finish and the project manager told the installer "to work with what you have, instead of getting the proper material. Worse company ever.

  The installation guys are great, but the company and it's management, at least for the ******* location is the WORST I have ever experienced. Made a down payment of $45k in April 2022 and window and door installation was finally completed 6/15/2023. Over 14 months when the quote said 4-6 months. They sent the same guy out twice to do a template for the door and when it arrived it was the wrong size. The installation crew had to make field modifications to make it fit and the stucco guys did a good job of hiding the measurement errors. Then they had the gall to demand payment 30 minutes after the stucco guy finished painting when I was at work and had not seen the finished product. They could not wait one **** day for the rest of the funds even though they sat on our down payment for over a year. That makes me think they have serious financial difficulties and I would NEVER do business with them again.

  I really don't understand how they figure their prices for cancelling a contract, they wanted to charge me **** dollars to replace 1 window and I called and cancelled before the dead line and now they want to try and charge **** dollars for cancelling the contract. I would recommend that you find someone else to do your project and stay far away from these people, they have what we call unfair and deceptive trade practices. They also send people out to your house and try to pressure you into letting them complete the job.
