      On 9/9/24, I awarded **** ******* **** ***** ******** *** (HPR) the winning bid to replace my roof and 4 skylights. His company has an A+ BBB rating, a 5-star rating in Google review and came highly recommended. I made a 60% down payment for the work to start on 9/26/23. On 11/1/23, the roof was completed but **** explained the skylights had to be rescheduled because of the rain. **** requested final payment, which mostly included the cost of the skylight install. Because of his company’s stellar reputation I paid him. After he received his check, **** rarely responded to my inquiries to coordinate the skylight install. I received “I’ll call you later" texts, a text that promised installs on 11/16/23 at 8 AM and the 2nd week of January 2024. But he never contacted my son nor I to coordinate the install. Finally, In March 2024, **** answered my call and told me that the skylights had been installed in January, and he would go by and check to make sure. I never heard back from him. I worried that maybe he went out of business. On 6/6/24, my son and I borrowed a ladder from the neighbor and climbed on top of the roof. The skylights had not been replaced. We took pictures and sent them by text to ****. To this date, he has not responded. Following is the evidence to support my complaint: Attachment A: HPR Contract (Redacted for legal and privacy reasons) including photos of the cracked skylights. Attachment B: Timeline of events. Attachment C: Text Messages exchanged between **** and I. Attachment D: Photos taken on 6/6/24 showing my skylights are still cracked. High Pitch Roofing has a stellar reputation. It is my hope ****'s code of ethics include conducting business with integrity, honesty, and in a fair and just manner. My ask is that the Better Business Bureau assist me to get **** to honor the signed contract and install the skylights I paid for. Thank you for your any assistance you can provide me in this matter.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      You have represented that the install of 4 tinted skylights on my home will occur by mid-August 2024.  I am leaving town on August 17, 2024, and would appreciate installation by that time so that I can be here to oversee the completed work.  If you are not able to comply with this timeline, please let me know as soon as possible.

      Thank you for honoring the signed contract which included the installation of 4 tinted skylights.
