    In February 2024, BBB Serving New Mexico and Southwest Colorado conducted a file review and found that this company has a pattern of complaints alleging failure of the business to fulfill delivery of orders within their promised processing time, failure to provide promised refunds, not receiving accurate tracking numbers and issues with receiving replies to their inquiries.  BBB contacted the company about this pattern of complaints and has not received a response.

      Date of Transaction: July 12, 2024. I ordered a shirt and a pair of pants. I got the shirt on time, but they have failed to ship the pants that I ordered. The shirt was $21 and the pants were $65. I've emailed them multiple times and at first they said that it was a shipping delay and that they would get it figured out. They have never given me an update on the pants and won't give me a timetable of when they would be able to ship the pants out again. I then asked for a refund and they said that all sales are final, but if you go to their website there is a 30 day refund policy. There has been zero urgency to get the product I bought from them or even sympathize with me and give my money back.

      I ordered a lot of clothes from this company on July 26, 2024. I waited a while for my clothes but never got them. After two weeks I emailed the company and they said they were having delays in manufacturing and the order would be shipped soon so I kept waiting. After a month I got tired of waiting so I emailed them asking for a cancel on the order and a refund. They responded back saying that there is a system issue with stocks and that they no longer had certain items in my order. They then tried offering me different items than the ones I had already paid for. I told them that if they don’t have what I paid them for then I would just like my money back. I have been emailing them for days now and they are ignoring my emails requesting a refund. They were always quick to respond but now that I am saying I will only accept a refund it has been days with no response.

      Early June, made a purchase online and paid for priority shipping. The tracking on the package still hadn't changed from "processing" for at minimum two weeks, and then it suddenly changed to "shipped" and then quickly to "CANCELLED" so I emailed asking where it was exactly. Got attached responses. Refund policy has nothing to do with un-shipped items, or non received goods. I just want a refund, it's been over 60 days. They have admitted it was originally a stocking error on THEIR end, and also that the item has not even been shipped yet as they STILL don't have it in inventory. No effort or thought to refund me.

      On January 30, 2024, I purchased a total of nine items from ***** ********s online store, Momento Vivere Co. I spent a total of $81 USD on the following items: two Gift Shop T-Shirt Browns and a Pin Head Zip Up Hoodie. The following items were free: Flames of Steel keychain, stickers, Lethal Strike Baby Tee Black, 5.2 MM Curb Chain, Grunge Logo T-Shirt Navy, and a random item. Immediately after placing my order, VIVERE assured me that my package would be shipped out within a 4-5 business day time frame. At this time, it has been six months and 21 days since the date of my initial purchase. I have contacted the VIVERE team multiple times asking about the whereabouts of my purchased package and when I can expect its arrival. I have not received any response. Since I have no idea of the whereabouts of my package, poor service quality, and the longevity I have waited for, I would like a refund.

      May 27, 2024 My order number is ******. I purchased 2 sweatshirts. I have still not received them. I have contacted them multiple times asking about updates and eventually asking for a refund. They responded to a few but have now since ignored me.

      I had ordered a product consisting of two shirts on July 23rd 2024. I received an email saying the order may take a while to ship on the 27th. I emailed asking about when it will come in, have received no response. I would like a refund from the business for this order or the order to be shipped

      I had made an order late October of 2023 for clothing items their quoted time is around 2-3 weeks and as of today August ninth 2024 I have received no package, no refund, and no notice that my item even shipped they will not send me emails regarding my issue and thousands of other people say they haven’t gotten theirs either In the pictures I will provide it shows my purchase date and that there was no provided update

      it’s ships within 3-4 business days. They emailed back quote “Orders take 2-3 weeks before shipment as per our item description and shipping policy, after you receive your tracking info it should arrive within the 2-3 day time frame! I'm sorry for the confusion I promise you'll love the item!” Nothing happened after. So i emailed September 25, 2023, and g was told my order would ship within the next 1-2 weeks. Again no updates so I emailed again on October 9th expressing my disappointment and got this reply “Recently due to our Two Year collection we had a HUGE influx of order and I am extremely grateful for that. I want you to know the team has been working every day to get these orders produced and shipped! You should be receiving your tracking info soon if you haven't already,” Again no updates or tracking information whatsoever. I emailed again got the excuse that there was a problem on the manufacturer’s end. “At this time, the tracking information is not currently accessible. Our manufacturer was able to meet our need for supply, and now our small, incredible staff is working incredibly hard to get it shipped. You might have it for a week or so. We'll transmit the tracking when it becomes accessible, as promised.” They said my order was on the way but I got no updates. I realized eventually that I was not going to get my order so I requested a refund and this was the reply “I'm sorry, but per the terms of our websites, all sales are final.m We will email you the tracking information as soon as it is available.” Again no updates. They offered store credit but I declined saying I do not trust that anything I buy will get to me. I want my money back and this business to be held accountable.
