I ordered from this company in the month of April spending over $140+ on a hoodie, a shirt, and jacket. I ordered the clothing off a ad i saw on instagram advertising the clothing. After i purchased the clothes they stated it would be 4-6 weeks for them to arrive. I have since contacted them via email over 5+ times asking about my order and possible arrival time. They responded three times, the first confirming my order and saying it was being processed and that was in May. The second and third time was them once again asking for my order number which i provided every time and since has not gotten back to me. I asked about a possible refund to relieve the stress and worry about receiving the clothes but has not gotten back to me at all but continues to send out promotions instead. Im at a loss for words at this point and have receipts for all of my emails asking about my order.Initial Complaint

On 11/28/2022 I had purchased 2 articles of clothing from this brand, a hooded sweater and a graphic tee, was promised 2 day shipping, never got the item, multiple contacts to support and was given the same answer of “it will be shipped within the next 10 day” to no avail, still do not have the items to this dayInitial Complaint

I orderd on March 13, was charged over 100.00$ never got my item started emailing and trying to contact any personale. Finally got a hold of someone in instagram whi then promises extra and a guess at wen my item will be shipped that was 2 weeks ago and still nothing. Its bad business. I work really hard. They are not emailing back or helping me .Customer response

Order ***** orders on February 9th still has not been delivered. Total of $ 55.20 another order placed 2 months later. They keep telling me to be patient and the orders are on back order. Another $30 kiss tshirt. Still not delivered.Initial Complaint

I ordered from Memento Vivere during their Black Friday drop which was in November. I purchased $74.97 worth of items which consisted of a hoodie and three shirts. I had previously ordered from there before so I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt when nothing came in the mail. Then, I saw that my shipping notification had shown as cancelled through the ******* Application. I contacted the business through their ********* and support email. They had assured me that the tracking number I was originally sent was just cancelled but they were still working on my order. Weeks passed and I was communicating back and forth about the packages with their support email. In february, I ordered from them again as they promoted free shirts, etc. This order was $59.72 worth of items which consisted of one hoodie and four shirts (two of which were free). I continued messaging the company and asking for updates when I wouldn’t receive any updates or information. There were items that apparently had sold out and asked me for replacement items. They continued to say the packages would be shipped out in a certain number of business days, etc. On April 3rd, after no type of progress being made about the shipment of my orders, I requested a refund if they wouldn’t be able to deliver it by April 18th. They then responded by saying it would be shipped at the end of that week. On April 11th, they relied the same message about being out of a shirt that I ordered in the February order. So I emailed them back that day about what product I would have as a replacement. On April 22nd, after no response or message following my response, I asked for a refund again. On April 24th, I informed them that I would be contacting the Federal Trade Commission which is where I was researching what to do if an online company isn’t fulfilling your order, etc. The BBB was listed on the list of resources and that’s why I’m filing this complaint. I placed an order with Memento Viviere for a tee shirt and a zip up sweatshirt and was charged January 31, 2023 for $85. It was for a gift and the shipping address was in California to a PO box. I was sent a confirmation email and a shipping tracking number, but every time I checked the shipment was still pending. My nephew contacted the company, and I also emailed the company with no response. I found them on Instagram and left a comment in March, so they DM'd me that they were not able to ship to the PO box. I gave them my personal home address Mar 17, 2023 and they said they'd ship it. I messaged again on Mar 28 for the new shipping confirmation, and again on Mar 31 and Apr 4, but no response. I'd really just like to get the products shipped - my nephew is 18 and he had a hard year losing his dad and having a major surgery that has prevented him from skateboarding. He really likes this merch and it's rare I find something he likes. Please help me give my nephew some small happiness, and retain my cool aunt status.Customer response

Thanks for following up. The vendor did finally ship the products I ordered, and even sent them to the original PO Box listed on the order. My adult son requested items from the Memento Vivere website for Christmas, he sent a link of the articles he had picked to a trendy site with cool silk screened designs, I placed my order a sweat shirt, shorts, t shirt bundle ( just over 76$) on November 28 2022, Christmas has come and gone with no product. Took some digging but I did find an email address for the company and inquired about my concerns 1) No order confirmation 2) no order number given 3) no tracking available Received a response saying they are a small company, overwhelmed by holiday orders… they did give me an order number but no tracking number. I have been understanding but after several emails inquiring the progress of order with the same response they gave me a statement of “ you will receive your order within 10-15 business days” that has come and gone… My order number # ***** Amount paid 76.50Business response

After sending 5 messages to Memento Vivere with generic responses and no action of sending product or refunding payment, it took reporting to The BBB to resolve the issue. My order was refunded promptly.
