Just visited Navajo lake ****** to retrieve our rental pontoon boat. Upon arrival, we were informed that the boat we rented was broken and they would not be able to rent us a boat at all (labor day weekend). First of all. There was ZERO communication. We were told the day of that our reservation wouldnt be kept. We reserved the boat in early May. No apology what so ever from management and boat rental staff. Further more, staff/manager was incredibly rude and completely unbothered by our situation. There were no other boats to rent and our weekend was completely ruined. It wasnt the disappointment surrounding the boat rental that was so aggravating. It was the staffs lack of empathy and matter of fact attitude about the situation that really was awful. *** spent many days on Navajo lake and the new updated ****** is very nice. But it all falls apart when you have horrible management and staff. What an incredible disappointment.
