    Horrible customer service. Completely unprofessional. Not sure what kind of business they are running here but look elsewhere. Not only did they have an employee snooping through my brother in laws bedroom and get caught on camera, a lady from the office yelled at me on the phone and out right called me a liar when I tried explaining that their employee did not perform any work. They over charge their customers and then treat you horribly afterwards. Beware, Farmington Metal and Heating and Fosters Plumbing are one and the same.

    This company is unprofessional and difficult to deal with. They have more excuses than solutions or compromises. They charged for someone to drive by and did not provide a courtesy phone call to me or the tenant. They seem to be more concerned about billing than actually working. I'm new to the area and have dealt with difficult contractors. So, I searched the internet again and their name popped up. This time the name was familiar, especially since we paid for nothing. So, I asked the bookkeeper for an invoice for the last heating company, and it was not Foster. Moreover, this business is convoluted with Farmington Heating. If you get lost in that mess, you'll waste money and time. The owner will argue with you and not be direct. For me, that's enough to stay away from this business. Also, their phone system was down. So, I stopped by their place of business but they closed early. At any rate, their customer service is bad too. I rated this business as a two because one part of the business is great, while the other part is horrible. The plumbers may be great, but the heating part of the business is terrible. That's not fair to the plumbers, so they get two stars.
