I built a house with *** ****** and he has left multiple items undone. To many to list here. There are too many pictures to place here but a call with one walk through will help explain a lot.

Hello, This letter is in response to a surprising complaint.  I have help build over 200 homes  since 1998 having never have to deal with this type of complaint.  I take pride in helping people build their personal homes.  Every home that is built has items to finish after the homeowner moves in.  The initial punch list is worked on as soon as possible based on the homeowner availability and contractor availability . Some***es materials need to be ordered which could slow the repair down.
This project had a closing in December.  Since that ***e sub contactors have been to the house numerous ***es to address issues that needed attention, only to be demanded to come back the next week when a new minor touch up was found that needed to be looked at. I have always answered the phone , text and email to be there to help the Homeowner.  And will continue to help as needed. Some initial repairs needed more trouble shooting and took longer to complete.  No one has ever given up on the needs of the  homeowner . I personally set all subs to go back on the needed days. The tile company for example has been there at least 5 ***es thinking they were done each ***e only to be called back the next week.
The day before  this complaint was  received, we had  great day of punch list items for the homeowner. Eight different sub contractors were there to assist the homeowner in new and some older issues. I asked each sub to ask the homeowner if there was anything else that needed attention before they left. The homeowner released them after a walk thru the house. There are a couple more items to address that we learned about last week and are working on this week. An example is the ledge stone on the fireplace, three months after living in the house , the homeowner decided she wanted to grout the stone which was never a request before. The sub gave her a price to complete it. She refused to pay for the added labor cost. so as a consideration to let her know we are here to help , she is getting that at no cost in the morning.   And  we still have few old touch ups that are taking some ***e to get done but are in the process of being completed as well when the  parts come in .Every sub contractor has been available with not a single one ignoring any possible issues to look at.  We look forward to completing this project helping the homeowner. Thanks *** ******

    Complaint: ********
I am rejecting this response because:
We can sit here and disagree, but I think the pictures speaks for itself. This is the first home I’ve built, unlike ***, So unfortunate my request to get things fixed may come in waves as I am overwhelmed with with my Dads recent passing, my two jobs and kids. But if ***, the so called Professional I hired to do the job would like to come and go through the house and blue tape all the things that need to be completed and fixed then maybe I would not have to put in multiple request.I will be looking in to getting a personal home owners inspection to take the Burden off of me trying to get things done appropriately since I am not a professional home builder.

    Regards,  ***** *****

They have but I have told them I am hiring a personal home inspection because I Feel like so many things were done incorrectly or not finished that I need an expert to help me proceed. I don’t believe if I had not made this complaint, I would have not gotten the response I’ve been given. There are still things left undone and I do get brushed under the table or ignored. The bare minimum is done to shut me up.

A in person visit at my house could help you understand. I am willing to meet with you and show you.
