    I went in to test drive a truck and was told the price of the truck which after driving it I told them lets go ahead and run the credit . I got a phone call that I was approved so I asked for the total amount of what they were gonna pay for my trade In ,intrest rate and payments and I was told that the original price I was told was not the right price it was ****** more than I was told I told them I would not had let u run my credit if I knew that correct price and they need to make it right . They said they would honor the price I was told but my trade in price would drop ****** now how is that fair and when I asked who fault was this they completely accepted full responsibility but they were not gonna be out ****** no matter the case . I argued the fact that it was there fault and they need to honor there original price and leave my trade in value at what they said and all they said was they will not be out ****** . They ran my credit at a different price than I was told and backed out of there offer and I also have the texts from the sale person to prove my case

    I sold my truck to Bravo Chevrolet and its been three weeks with receiving my portion of the sale the truck was sold and still have not received my check for my truck I would not do business here any longer they keep giving me the run around I think it should be illegal to sell a truck or car with paying whats owed

    Ive tryd getting a hold of u multiple times on Friday there was no call back I went there several times made me wait earlier ******* the week each time they kept pushing it further and further date waisted countless hours there of my personal time for what shouldve have been fixed a long time ago needless to say I got my check on Saturday so no need to waste more of my time u guys poor communication skills

    Working with Bravo has been so been such a horrible and emotionally damaging experience. I had gone in because I had seen a beautiful SUV from the road while driving by and I was ready to get into something newer and ready to trade in. The prosses went through or so I been thinkin for the passed 2 months. I had signed not once but twice thinking I'm being financed with a bank. I've been in this newer vehicle for 2 month now putting money into it (tint windows) because I'm thinking its mine. Driving my children to school and sports functions. Family and Friends congratulating me. Only to get a phone call after Thanksgiving that I'm actually Not financed by a bank and that I'm needing to give them the newer SUV back and they are giving my tread in back. I'm devastated and feeling so embarrassed because I've been in the vehicle for 2 MONTHS already. How is it okay to have me thinking this is my vehicle or even having it off the lot for so long? I still have the newer vehicle because they were trying to drop off my old vehicle at my residence with out the $2000 down payment I gave. With out the Title I gave them for my old vehicle. With out my refund for the window tinting and even without my license plate I know I left on my old vehicle. Exchange didn't happen I said No Way I need all that back with my old vehicle. I'm am just so embarrassed because its been 2 month now. I'm also so hurt that they aren't even trying to make it right by trying to get me into something even if I need to get into vehicle cheaper. Worst experience and emotionally damaging having to explain to my children, family and friends that Bravo has had me thinking for 2 months this vehicle is mine. I'm still in possession of this newer SUV just waiting. None of this is right and will be getting BBB and ************************* involved. Please watch out doing business with this dealership.

    We apologize that this is what has happened and we have addressed it with our team to make sure nothing like this happens again. Any moneys that is owed to you we will make sure to be refunded and I will meet with the team to see if we have anything else we can do in order to get this deal funded with the banks. We can't control all the the requirements from the banks but we will do our best.

    Bravo Chevrolet is the worst dealership I have ever had to deal with they are completely unprofessional and the staff are complete con artists.
