    I took my vehicle for a regular oil change on December 30th 2023 and i informed them that my vehicle was having other problems in which I was concerned for these problems where the following, loud noises when turning left ,squeaks and rattle concerns, a possible oil leak, a coolant inspection and a right rear light malfunction. After they inspected my vehicle one of the service advisors called me to inform me that my vehicle had an oil leak on a side of oil pan therefore the service contract authorized to release and replace the pan. They also found my brakes to be at 4 mm and I was recommended to do a brake service as well so I did and they replaced the brake pads and resurface rotors, as to the coolant problem they told me that it had no issues and the oil change was done incorrectly they added bulk oil instead of synthetic oil, as to the right rear light malfunction problem nothing was done. They kept my car from December 30th-January 12th I asked for a rental car in the meantime and they denied. On January 16th my car started marking for a "vehicle check" on an oil change, a right rear light malfunction and my brakes so I called Nissan of las cruces and they told me that there was nothing they could do for me. I decided to scheduled a vehicle service somewhere else (***) after they inspected my vehicle they found the following, they performed a diagnosis of rear brake lights and found both rear outer taillights to have water contamination which was causing brake light malfunction, new oil change was going to be needed they also found that all the parts that Nissan dealership added to my vehicle were off market parts and not original as they had said and I was charged as if they were original parts. I went in person to Nissan Of Las Cruces and spoke with the service manager nothing was done I would like a refund because they messed my vehicle up completely to the point where it failed to turn on and now I am investing all this money somewhere else to get it fixed!

    I have had nothing but problems with the people here. The used car sales manager told me I had to buy the ****** plan and gap insurance to get the loan rate they quoted because the finance institution required it for their protection. I accepted and when the deal was final I called he financial institute and the said no we don't require that and with your credit rating we will gladly give you the lower rat6e and when you cancel and we get the check we will refinance your loan. I went to the dealer and told them to cancel the policys because they had lied to me. The used car manger denied lying and said he told me it was for my protection and the financial institute will not refinance the car after cancellation. I told him they already said they would be happy to. About 2 weeks later I received a letter from the financial institution saying they need the title to please contact the dealer and have them send it. When we called the dealer the young lady who handles registrations told us " No, the *** keeps the title. We don't send them to the company holding the note". Every dealing with them has been lie, lie, lie. If you look on Yelp every bad response is answered by the owner saying they have replaced everyone at the dealership and hope it gets better, but the complaints over the last few years have all been about the same people. I need help getting them to deliver the title to the lender and getting the ****** and the gap insurance cancelled. As with the other comments phone calls are not answered and messages are not returned. Ray M
