            Hello! On 07/14/23 at 12:02 PM, I went to Wendy's on 223 HWY 528 in Rio Rancho NM, 87124 to get some lunch through the drive through. I waited in line for 5-10 minutes in order to place my order. I received my order and double checked it after pulling into the parking lot and discovered I had the wrong order. I then went in person into the restaurant and let them know that my order was wrong. I was told to wait in order to get the manager "Jose". All of the young kids working at the store were very pleasant, however Jose the manager was very rude to me after I waited over 10 minutes to get a chance to speak to him. Jose was very condescending and questioned whether i was being truthful about my order being wrong. After being in the restaurant for over 15 minutes, I finally received my order, only to discover it was wrong again after I had left. By this time my lunch if over and I had no time to eat what the gave me. I did not want to deal with Jose again later that day to ask for a refund since he was so rude. I did pay full price $20.98 for several items and because of the long wait time and 2 orders being wrong, I paid for nothing. I have had my order from this same place of business be wrong and also missing several times in the past, however the way I was treated this time around prompted me to make my complaint. I will not be going to this place of business' any longer, not just my local Wendy's but any of them all together. I would like my full amount $20.98 to be refunded (not store credit) for the troubles.
