    see attached On April 27, 2023 I contacted ***** to replace my side gate. Attached is his invoice. I repeatedly called and textd ***** to come fix my gate as promise. He said he would come but he never showed. By the end of June, I requested my money with no response.

    On May 27, 2022 I contracted with Jared H****** of Loan Wolfscapes LLC, to do masonry work at my residence. It included raising my east wall from 4 to 6 feet, and raising my front pilasters from 4 to 6 feet, and replacing the existing 4 ft privacy gates with new 6 ft gates, and stucco and paint on the front pilasters. I paid a deposit of $200 on that day. On June 12, 2022 I scheduled the work with Jared and he stated that he would be at my home to begin the work on June 14, 2022, and that it would be completed no later that June 17, 2022. On June 15, 2022, Mr. H****** requested an additional $700 to be paid even though the work was not even half complete. He also began workin on removing the top stucco on one of the front pilasters which he completely destroyed. On June 19, 2022, I expressed concern to Mr. H****** because the wall was only about 60% complete, and he had not yet begun working on the front courtyard pilasters or gate replacement. I informed him that I had trees scheduled to be planted on the 22nd where the pilasters are in the front courtyard and asked him if the work would be complete by then. He assured me they would be finished by then and proceeded to request an additional $550 for supplies and labor. I did not hear from Mr. H****** again until Thursday, June 24, 2022 despite numerous calls and text messages asking him where he was and whether was planning on completing the work. Mr. H****** finally replied to me and stated he would be back the following morning at 9am to resume the work that he has left incomplete for no reason and without explanation. Mr. H****** arrived at my house at approximately 3pm the following day, almost 6 hours after the time he stated he would be here. He worked on the wall for approximately an hour and a half, then left. On that day I made the decision to fire him and his crew and request a refund for the unfinished work. I now have to pay an additional $2000 to finish and repair his unfinished work and destruction.
