We've had American Tire and Service do complete tire, engine, and repairs on all of our vehicles: 02 Avalanche, 08 Suburban, and kids cars as needed. We've experience nothing but great service, very professional and detailed work, and honestly just can't say enough. Been with them since 2007. Great local business.Review from Sandy M

I relocated from out of state and was looking for a AAA car service, which is how I found this business. I am beyond disappointed. I took my car to them for an oil change and then took it back because there was a strange noise. They informed me that the tire lock was not in the vehicle. I informed them that they were the last ones to have it. They told me that unless I purchase a new tire lock they could not work on my vehicle. Then I took my vehicle back to them for an oil change. They informed me that I needed windshield wipers. $250 later I walked out. This happened on a Saturday, Sunday I didn't drive my truck. Monday as i was driving to work, the hood of the truck flew up - whoever worked on the vehicle never closed the hood. I almost had an accident. I went back in and spoke with the manager who informed me that his brother was the one who worked on my truck. I never heard back from this business regarding these situations and AAA intervened with no success. I would NOT take my vehicle back to this place if they paid me. Irresponsible, overpriced and neglectful. I work too hard for my money to throw it away. They should have their AAA standing revoked.
