    I bought a reverse osmosis from **** ***** and went into Bush Appliances to buy connectors. The sales person there ended up convincing me that their reverse osmosis is better and has a better warranty than the one I bought, so I returned the **** ***** one and bought another from Bush Appliances. When they came to install it, I noticed they didn’t change the faucet. This was later confirmed by both my caregiver and my grandson. I reached out and expressed my concerns multiple times only to get told they changed the faucet. I have received no help and and has had that system for a little over a year. I had the filters changed out recently, and about three weeks ago it began screaming at me. I wasn’t able to use it and It took Bush Appliances three weeks to come out and fix it. Their RO guy, *****, said the system was fixed, but there is still no water pressure. I confronted him about changing the faucet as well and he said that he could not change the faucet and a plumber was need to do so. This only proves that the faucet was never changed out. I client called today 3/15/23 to speak with the manager, but talked to ***** instead, about the service fee Iwas charged and the still unfixed problems that were supposed to be fixed yesterday. In response to my issues he reacted disrespectful and rude towards me and he also hung up on me. So Icalled right back to speak with the manger ***** **** who didn’t help with the problem and disregarded all that I was saying also being rude and disrespectful and is calling me a lier since then he has blocked my number so I can’t call to get this problem fixed. So she has gotten nowhere in fixing the problem and getting the issues fixed. I would not recommend wasting your money at this company because they do not have respect for their customers or honor them when an issue arises.

    In response to Mrs. ***** complaint. Mrs. ***** did come into our store after she purchased a RO system from **** *****, but she wasn't looking for fittings she wanted our service department to install the RO system she bought at **** *****. I politely informed her that we do not install something that was not purchased from our store, but instead if she would return the system she bought at **** ***** and purchased one from us we would install it and service it for her. We installed this system for her 11/02/2021 and let her purchase it on payments because she could not afford to pay for it all at once. I let her pay $200.00 down and $75.00 per month until it was paid for. She never mentioned anything about the faucet at the time of the install. She did call and complain about her refrigerator ice maker not working so we went out there in January of 2022 and fixed that for her and I let her make payments to pay this off also. We did go out to change her filters for her 11/10/22 but she was not well, so she called back in January for us to go again. We went out on 01/26/2023 and replaced her filters tightened her faucet for her because she complained it was loose this was the first time, she expressed to me she didn't think her faucet was replaced. I told her I would talk to my tech and find out if he replaced her faucet and after talking to the tech, he confirmed to me that he did replace the faucet. She called us 02/20/23 and said there was a noise coming from the RO system, so we scheduled a return trip on 03/14/23. When the tech examined the issue, he found that there were cleansers stacked on top of the supply line which was making the noise. He was going to replace the faucet again for her at that time just as an appeasement but the same supply line that had things stacked on it had a valve that was frozen shut from hard water. We informed her that she would have to get a plumber to replace the valve because that wasn't something we did here. She was so irate that she treated my tech poorly and she didn't mince any words with me either. I politely told her that she will have to go somewhere else for service from this point. she still has a sitting balance with us of $180.12 that she hasn't paid.
