  We used them for an RV repair and have asked, called, and texted them requesting a detailed receipt. The work they did left us having to pay another RV repair person to come and fix what they were paid for. They took out a water heater and replaced it with a much smaller water heater, and it was not the correct water heater, so he had to rewire it, he also drilled a whole in the side of a cabinet in the RV and put a toggle switch on it, (he didn't even ask if he could chop up the cabinet) so the water heater has to be turned off after every use. There is a huge safety issue with the fact that if it doesn't get turned off it will burn out the water heater, and possibly start a fire inside the RV. I was left with electric wires laying all over the floor where the water heater is. I can't get Brian or his wife Katie to return my calls. They haven't stood behind their work nor their word. When Brian told me I needed a water heater I said ouch those are around $1,000 he told me he could get me one for around $400.00 or $500.00 he never said anything about it not being the same size or that the RV would have to be rewired or even them having to put a toggle switch in to turn the water heater off and on. As you can see the receipts, they gave us show nothing for hours or items bought. We would like to be reimbursed for the water heater that doesn't fit the RV so we can get another RV repair person out to put in the proper water heater.

  The customer was told that we could do a water heater install which is what we did. Everything works fine and our work is completely safe. The RV shocked my technician due to work that someone previously did in the RV and made a mess of the wiring. We did not make the mess. If the customer knew anything about RVs they would know that RVs water heaters when installed run off of a toggle switch. Nothing was "chopped" up as she states. Furthermore the customer was rude and was talking over us when atteto explain what the toggle swiych is for. It doesn't have to be turned off every time they leave. Toggle switche are standard on RV water heaters. And she would know that if she wasn't rude and hung up the phone in the middle of the technician trying to explain this.

  I am rejecting this response because:
  I will not continue this issue. This company is by far the worse I have ever dealt with!!!! I happen to own 40-foot 5th wheel and have lived in it for years and not one place in my 2012 Cedar Creek is there a toggle switch for my water heater!! Liars they are and I will NEVER recommend them for any another RV repair!!
