    I have purchased two separate pieces of art from Art Brokerage. Of course, I was profoundly hesitant to purchase art on the secondary market….especially an internet based one. However the fact that I have purchased two pieces (and have my eye on a third) should alleviate any fear. My only place where some efficiency gains could be made is in the shipping/logistics fees. They feel high, but with the artwork arriving safely, I guess it’s worth it.

    After losing a piece of art in a fire, I was searching for a replacement and found that Art Brokerage was the only place that had it—though it would, of course, be a different number in the limited edition series of 250. At first, I was apprehensive about the process, but as communication evolved and continued, I felt more comfortable and confident that Art Brokerage is a professional and legitimate business. Helen Tu was responsive, helpful, and made the entire artwork purchase seamless. I highly recommend their services. After wiring the funds for payment I had the pieces within a week and they were shipped in a protective manner. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

    I have to say my experience with Art Brokerage was absolutely amazing and the process seamless. While I was initially nervous spending so much with an online vendor, they highlighted condition issues with my first choice of art work, they worked as negotiator between me and the seller on my final choice, provided comfort at every step and the shipping of the large format painting was the most professionally wrapped and secured I have ever seen, especially for an extremely reasonable (cheap) shipping rate.     I was searching for a specific artist’s painting but that proved challenging, as traditional galleries in New York and abroad offered only expensive options. However, this situation changed when I discovered Art Brokerage and established a connection with Helen. Art Brokerage not only had access to multiple works by my desired artist but also provided an easy bidding process that significantly reduced the cost of acquiring a piece compared to my expectations.
