In March of 2022 I had wright bet auto replace my rear bumper. When I picked my 2018 ************* I had commented on some Imperfections with the bumper. So I went to ******** to get a second Opinion and they found the rear bumper had bumper clips missing.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/15) */ Our shop only charged for the parts that were replaced and the work performed. Originally, the vehicle was estimated back in December 2021. He then returned in January to schedule the bumper replacement. The dealer added a tow package to this vehicle and in turn, altered the type of bumper it originally was built with. We ordered 2 bumpers from the dealer and had to return both of them. On the 3rd one, we were able to match it with what was on the vehicle. The work was performed as per the estimate, nothing was charged for the item in question. More then a moth went by before the lower cover for the hitch became an issue. Our system didn't show the part was an option, so we referred the owner to the dealer. The dealer was not able to identify the parts needed for the lower half that was not on the original invoice. We offered to fix it at cost, but the dealer failed to identify the part needed. They requested that the owner stops by the dealer to have a parts specialist identify the needed parts and have them order it directly. Being an altered vehicle, we don't have many options. Nothing was charged for the tow hitch cover, so no refund will be validated. I do not Except there response they Failed to replace the broken bumper clips. I brought the car to ******** dealer for a second opinion. The job from wright auto was done Incorrectly. The vehicle was fixed by another shop before coming to us. We changed the tail light and bumper cover. I would like to know how you feel you are intitled to a refund for something that was not charged? Hello, did wright bet auto body replace the RT support bracket and the LT support bracket on the 2018 ******** **** when Vehicle was In shop for repairs? I sent car to ******** for Opinion after leaving wright auto; infinity shop found the right and left support bracket broke wright bet auto body was Last to repair. I'm Seeking moneys back from current Correction from infinity Labor 105.00 Right support bracket 62.49 Left support bracket 50.89 Business Response /* (4000, 19, 2022/07/18) */ The items you are concerned with were not charged on the original repairs. There is not a way to confirm the brackets were broken by my shop or from the dealership that took it apart. Brackets can break very easily from removal of the bumper. Since another shop worked on it after us, they would be the party responsible for them. When we installed the bumper, the brackets were intact, otherwise the bumper would not of held in place and we would have recommended replacement.
