I got in my Credit Karma account to pay off some of my debts. I wasnt finding the phone number to the company Credit ******************** so I googled it. It brought me to Credit Glory. I thought I was just going to post the $136 debit I owed to this company and asked to have it removed from my score. It all sounded good and they said they were going to fix my credit. They charged a $1 service fee, then charged me $378 to remove the debts from my credit score. They then took $799 because they said it was a $78 fee for each debt. I then learned that they have you sign a contract for them to continue taking $99 a month! After I looked them up I see they are not accredited and are a scam! Id like to get my money back so I can pay my actual debt and not to a scammer!

We have investigated this case. Consumer contracted our business to draft and send disputes regarding incorrect information about a debt collection account. We provided service as agreed. As consumer was made aware on the call, in the signup flow, our website, and the contract, we cannot and will not make promises or guarantees as to outcomes as we have no control over the result of the disputes we send. Consumer's account with us has been cancelled and they will no longer be billed.

Credit Glory intercepted my call when trying to reach out to **********************. When trying to confirm whether or not it was actually ******** ******* tiptoed around the question saying they handle the credit reporting. I let my guard down mistakenly. I paid the $378.00 & $799.00 fees to "dispute" my hard inquiries & also my past rental debt. I just wanted to pay my debt off AND I SPECIFICALLY TOLD HIM THIS. He insured me that paying off my debt is not the way to go, but to dispute them instead. He never sent me the tenant form he claimed he would send either! I've been seeing their responses to these complaints with the cold hearted "read the contract" and I would like to say f you to them, sincerely. You're robbing people blind that want to repair their ***************************** response is for them to read! Had you not intercepted my call, I wouldn't be in this mess. Luckily, this just happened today, and I read in the contract, that I can cancel within 3 days. I would like to cancel my contract, and also would like the contact information of the "employer" who "sold" me this bs. Also, I would like a refund. I also DO WANT AN APOLOGY as well & would like a copy of the phone call we had together if they can provide one as well!

In November, I went online to look for the name of a debt collector that posted a derogatory **** on my credit. When I looked up ***** and ******, credit glory(CG) webpage appeared with the name of this debt collector in its online website ad. I clicked the ad because of the name of the collector not knowing that it would redirect me to CG (a credit repair website). Seeking to receive more information on the collector, I called the number on the website. I was informed on the phone that the number I called was not for ***** and ******, but for a credit repair company and that they would remove my derogatory **** in a month. The woman said that if I paid 79 dollars today, I would only have to pay another 120 at some time the next month. She said that I wouldnt have to pay any more money after that because the derogatory **** should be removed before they would charge my card the following month. I asked her more than once if they would charge my card an extra 99 dollars after I pay the initial 199 dollars. She said that I should not have to because the derogatory ****s usually resolve themselves quickly. Well I was charged again. When I saw that they charged me an extra 99 dollars I called them. I asked why I had been charged again. They said it was because they sent out letters to bureaus. They never sent me confirmation that these letters were sent. She refused to give me a refund even though the **** was not resolved. I was charged the extra 99 dollars with no notice. Additionally, when I first signed up the representative claimed that I shouldnt file a credit bureau dispute because if I did the dispute would remain on my record for 7 years, and would not get resolved without credit glorys intervention. I signed up for ** but never got the promised results. I canceled CG account, and finally filed a dispute with my credit bureau. Only then was the **** finally removed. Still no CG refund, and they took $300 with for a service that was never rendered. A scam.

On January ******* i contacted the company in regards to them showing up on my credit report I was told they could help repair my credit. They went over the issues on my credit report. They said there is a law that says companies on a person's credit report must report accurate info which they didn't. They company credit glory said they would send out dispute letters for the 3 credit bureaus to remove the incorrect items. They said in order for them to do show I would need to pay $378 beforehand then they would start work. They never provided proof that the letters were sent even when requested. I made them aware they broke the law. I requested for my money to be refunded and cancel my account. They canceled my account but did not issue my refund.

    Good day!

    Thank you for your response.

Here is the situation.  I contacted Credit Glory LLC. They gave me refund for 99$ they charged me extra. But still there is no any changes on my credit report as we discussed with them. I didn't receive any letters from credit bureaus about any changes and it seems that Credit Glory LLC didn't even work on my case.

I'm not happy with this company because basically I just gave them $378 for nothing.

I would like to get those money back. Please help me to resolve this issue.

    Thank you!

I have received phone calls from a company claiming they are attempting to collect my debt. When I called them back, they stated that they do not collect debts but instead help resolve credit issues. They informed me that there is an item on my credit report that can be disputed. The representative assured me it would be a quick process since it involved only one dispute, not multiple. However, I was charged $199 upfront, and they also required me to sign up for a credit monitoring service at an additional cost of $99 per month. It has been nearly two months, and despite repeatedly emailing them for updates or requesting clarification, I have received no meaningful assistance. They continue to charge me without resolving the issue or providing precise information. When I do manage to speak with them, they simply tell me to call back, but their hours are inconvenient due to my time zone and work schedule. Additionally, they do not offer support on weekends, which further limits my ability to communicate with them. I have explicitly requested assistance via email, as I am unable to make phone calls during their available hours, but they have refused to accommodate this request. Their lack of transparency and failure to resolve the issue has left me feeling misled and frustrated. I am demanding that they either resolve the dispute promptly or refund my money, as they have not delivered on their promises and have been unresponsive to my concerns. Their actions feel deceptive, and I expect them to address this matter immediately.
