      Signed up for a subscription almost a year ago and at that time couldnt cancel could only push out and I did that multiple times. Finally thought I had canceled but company pushed a year out instead. Saw the charge at 8am called them right away to dispute and they said it had already been packed. They went to great lengths to make me look like a liar to my credit card company and sent almost 8 pages of proof saying I never returned the product but I did and paid $5 in shipping and still have the receipt and the emails. They told me they would honor an empty bag return because they dont offer return labels and to send the products back would be $50 for me. I sent it all back and have not received a refund and my credit card has now forced me to pay this yet I followed their instructions exactly and they claim that I never returned anything. But I did and paid for it. I have all the documents and plenty of proof.

      I went to order a box of bars June 28, 2023. When I went to complete the transaction, I saw a message that if I added a second box of bars, the shipping would be free. I added a second box of bars and the shipping went to $10.95. I wrote the company three times saying it was unethical. They wanted photos which I sent them. Then I received a return message that "it maybe confusing from my perspective" and I was provided a code for $10 (which would not be the cost of shipping). I am NOT confused and it is a fact, (not "my perspective"), that they are falsely advertising. I have attached two photos showing the offer of free shipping and then the $10.95 charge. I see other complaints of the company not adhering to what is written, (offered), on the website. I want my voice heard because they rope you in to spend more with the promise of free shipping and then they don't honor what they say.

      Purchased product KaChava on 8-29-22 in the amount of ******. I returned the product to get a full refund to my PayPal account and after numerous attempts to get my money back from the vendor I have not seen a credit on my PayPal account. I keep getting contraindication by KaChava that my PayPal account has been refunded and then when I do not see the refund on my PayPal acct I reach out to KaChava and then I get told that there was an error on them getting the refund to my PayPal account and this has gone on for numerous phone calls to both PayPal and KaChava . On 5-4-23 I spoke to ****** @paypal and she confirmed with me that no refund had been made by KaChava to my PayPal account and that I can not dispute the case with PayPal because the time frame has passed for me to do that . Therefore I reached out to KaChava right after getting off the phone with PayPal on 5-4-23and spoke to rep *** @ KaChava and she confirmed with me after her reaching out to the higher *** at KaChava that indeed there was an error on KaChava end that they did not process the refund correctly and therefore no refund ever made it to my pay pal account. I was told by *** @kachava that they would correct the error and that I would hear back from KaChava in 10 business days and until today 5-23-23 I made one more ditch effort to give them a chance to let me know where my refund was and got the same response they will put in a ticket to have this matter resolved. I told them enough of the talking heads and I will call my *********** credit card and file dispute with them. I called *********** and I was told that I only had 2 billing cycles from when the purchase was made to put in for dispute and that they can not help me either therefore you are my last ditch effort to get this issue resolved and to get my money back in the amount of ******.       I ordered a 1 month supply of meal replacement shakes from Ka'Chava (Tribal Nutrition) on 3/17/2023, delivered on 3/22/2023 (Order *******). I started using the product and saw a promotion for buy-1-get-1 free. I ordered 6 bags (BOGO total of 12 or 6 mo. supply on 4/13/2023 (Order *******). My credit card was charged on 4/14/2023 and order showed pending online with KaChava. I continued to track the order. On 4/19/2023 the order still showed pending with Ka'Chava in my account but did not have tracking information. At this time, I noticed the charge for the order was refunded to my credit card 4/17/2023. I called Ka'Chava on 4/19//2023 to find out if /why order was cancelled. I was told on 4/19 it was cancelled because it exceeded the *** for the promotion. I asked what the ***imum order was and was told 5 bags on the ***** I asked if I could replace the order that had been cancelled (without notification) and if they would honor the original promotion. I was told the offer had expired on 4/15 and the company could/would not honor. I told the *** that I felt that was bad business, at which point I was told to hold. The *** then came back and changed the story, saying the order was cancelled because my account was "flagged for fraud." They refused to provide additional detail. I called back 4/21 and made same inquiry to see if I got a consistent response. This time I was told the order was cancelled because my payment "could not be verfied", again refusing to provide additonal detail. At that time, given Ka'Chava would not honor their promotion, nor was it clear if they would sell to me, I requested a refund for the 3/17 order per thier return policy. I was told it was past 30 days, which is not true bic policy is 30 days from date of delivery. I was promised an email that day specifically with return instructions and have not recieved. I also sent email for return request with no response. I am requesting refund for $113.50 for order *******.

      I placed the ordered on April 10, 2023 for 8 bags of Ka'Chava. Their website states the Order was Ready on April 10 2023. The label only Info was Received by **** April 18 2023. The **** shows Apr 18, 2023 12:41 pm a Shipping Label Created. **** is Awaiting Item. A shipping label has been prepared for your item at 12:41 pm on April 18, 2023 in *************, ** *****. This does not indicate receipt by the **** or the actual mailing date, *************,**,*****.My credit card has been charges and I have been billed by the credit company and the order has not shipped.I need the order to ship so that I can receive the product they have already been paid for.I have contacted the company by phone at **************. emailed them at ********************************** and via there website and the order has not shipped.The hoe office is: ************************************************************************************

      Tribal Nutrition aka kachava fraudulently charged my PayPal credit for Shakes $128.30 and chocolate bars $37.40 on April 13, 2023. I contacted the company, and their response was that theyd unsubscribe me for automatic monthly deliveries under a subscription, though I never ordered their product. Looking at BBB complaints forum, and other forums, I note that the company has done this to many others utilizing PayPal accounts. I have an autoimmune digestive disease and absolutely do not order food products through internet businesses. I dont know how the company obtained my information, but they essentially stole my identity (email, address, PayPal credit account). I had never used PayPal credit, I use my debit card account through PayPal when checking out of purchases, and my purchase history is available as proof. I contacted PayPal credit/Synchrony Bank and filed a fraud report. PayPal would not refund the purchase and closed my complaint even though they know beyond a doubt that I always use my personal banks debit card through PayPal check out to pay for purchases. I received the product and am paying for the return of their merchandise, unopened, and it is my hope that this business receives the appropriate penalties for their fraudulent sales transactions and stealing peoples identies.

      I placed an order for Kachava products on February 23rd. According to the vendor I signed up for a subscription, but I do not have any notification that I did. No email confirmation was sent stating I was in a subscription. The company auto-sent the products without notice and want to charge me for returning the product.This company is falsely signed me up for a subscription.I called them and requested that they send me proof, or an email confirmation of when I signed up. They sent me screen shots that I cannot view.

      I ordered two bags of their product, I have been ordering their products for almost two years, I just opened the latest box I ordered and there are holes in the bags. I contacted the company, and sent them pictures, the box was unopened until now. The company told me that since it was past the 30 day return they would not replace the bags. I think this is extremely poor customer service considering I am a loyal customer, the box was unopened until now, I sent pictures and, I don't want to return or refund, I just want a replacement on DEFECTIVE PACKAGING. Very upset. Thank you.

      I received an email from Ka'chava, offering a promotion: that purchase two bags of the Ka'chava mix and receive $40.00 worth of free bars. It was the one reason why I made the purchase to try the bars. After receiving the two bags, I did not get the bars, so I sent an email to customer service and got a reply from a *****, and she suggested that I purchase two more bags. At that point I called customer service and was told that they could not just send the bars, that I would have to make another purchase of two bags to get the free bars, which would be four bags, but the promotion is buy two bags. False advertising and deceptive practices. Please help, thanks.

      Kachava I was excited to recieve. I took product days then I had a hair in mouth. I was discussed. I threw product in garbage an stopped my subscription. Contacted company an got NO RESPONSE AT ALL.
