      Non-delivery of goods. I paid for goods 15 days ago and they have not been sent. This is the third time this has happened and the CSRs have not addressed the issue.

      On their website, this company lists a 100% money back guarantee, and says that trying the product is risk free. The product is terrible, so I sent it back. However, the cost of shipping for returning the product was not reimbursed by the company, which is not stated in their guarantee, and due to the products weight, that cost was $25. Saying that this is risk free is a blatant lie. All other companies I have ever purchased from paid for shipping.

      Bought product July 26, 2022 I found this out: (ERC) issued a warning to Ka'Chava for unacceptable lead levels in some of their meal replacement drinks: https://oag.ca.gov/system/files/prop65/notices/XXXX-XXXXX.pdf. I asked for a refund ($70.21) on Sept.1, 2022, which was 6 days beyond their 30 day full refund date. I have not heard back from the company. I believe I should get a full refund as they didn't warn me of the dangers of this product before I purchased it. I checked their BBB rating (F) and their Fackbook page and found MANY complaints, so I want to initiate this complaint now rather than wait any further as the line seeking redress gets longer... https://oag.ca.gov/system/files/prop65/notices/XXXX-XXXXX.pdf. This product was charged to my VISA card ending in ...5964

      I had to cancel my Ka'chava subscription because they never sent me my order and they didn't respond to my many emails asking where it was. The only message I got was from a person called "Hanna" who said that their management team will get back to me. Well, after nearly a month, nothing has happened. Honestly, this feels like a scam, so buyer beware. I deserve a refund from this horrible company.

      I placed an order for two bags of meal replacement powder on August 1, 2022. As of August 15, 2022, I have yet to receive my purchase, however KaChava has charged my credit card for the full amount of the purchase. I have contacted them several times by email and phone asking for the status of my order. KaChava's website promises to ship orders within 2-3 business days and provide a tracking number. The company has refused to provide me with a tracking number for my order. Furthermore the representatives at KaChava have been unable to give me a reason for the delay in my order. They have only been able to tell me that my order is on hold without giving me reason why. As a customer, I find this poor service to be unsatisfactory. I don't know if it is illegal for an online merchant to charge my credit card without shipping my order, but it certainly seems unethical to do so. I would like KaChava to cancel my order refund my money, a total of $139.90 asap. My order number is ******* and I placed it on behalf of my husband ******** ******. The order is under his name but my credit card was used for the purchase. Please assist me in pursuing a refund. Thanks.

      I had 2 separate orders for Kachava. One was replacement bars and the other order was replacement shakes but ordered the same day. They were supposed to be delivered on 08/05 and I did not received I call late Friday afternoon and talked to Brittany H**** that worked at Kachave. She said the bars were sent out but not my shakes and I asked why and she said it was in the fraud dept. I ask to speak to someone on the fraud dept and she said no and I ask to speak to a supervisor and she said no. I told her i wanted a call from the fraud dept and or a supervisor and never heard back. I called Discover card and they approve both charges. Also I asked Brittany for the President's name and she gave me a fake name. I called this morning to speak to the founder Simon M***** or someone on Mgt and didn't get to talk to anyone. I told the guy I was turning Kachave into the BBB at 3:00 my time if I did not get a call from them and I never did. Please help me get this resolve. This is real shady, they took my money but have not sent my other order and will not tell me why.

      I placed an order to try a bag of ********. I received an email of my order with the words subscription, will place another order in 30 days. I immediately sent an email notifying them that it was a one time order just to try them out and please don't charge me every month. I received a response back stating it was out of their hands, another company was in charge.

      On October 5th, 2021 Kachava billed our credit card $119.90 for their nutrition shake! They made a mistake by not assigning an order number and referencing my email address! After numerous efforts to get our product shipped, they asked us to prove they billed us, so we went to our bank to get a statement proving they billed us $119.90! We emailed that proof to them, and we were told they received the proof and that they would start working on our order! That never happened so it was escalated to a supervisor and we were hopeful this was finally going to stop the numerous excuses and that our product would be shipped! Unfortunately this still didn't solve the mistake they made on October 5th! So, as of November 25th, with nothing being resolved, I wrote a letter to the owner in Hendersonville, Nevada! I never heard back from him, so today, December 13th, 2021, I called and spoke with Karen in customer service! She stated that there was nothing they were going to do for us, so we are now being forced to file a dispute with our bank to get our $119.90 credited back to our account they billed on October 5th, 2021! We have not only never received what they owed us, we were made to feel like all the hardships we suffered were our fault!! I am 66 years old, I have cancer and was actually looking forward to how their products nutrition was going to benefit me! So now we're are going to be forced to cancel our credit card and wait for another one! This is the worst customer care I have ever experienced and it is apparent that the folks at Kachava do not care about their customers!       I initially ordered from this company probably last spring. I received that order fine. I ordered another shipment after moving to *****. That was august 28th it's apparently still in transit. The service rep said they'd send a new one if I'd like to which I said yes then stopped replying to me for 2 months. Then after 2 months someone finally sent another package. Meanwhile the first one is still in transit in December which I noticed because I ordered again on November 27th. Later that same day they said my package shipped with a tracking link. There was no tracking information which I didn't think was strange because we usually get those emails when the labels are printed, yet now it's December 6th and no package. I have been checking ever since they sent the email because I know around the holidays sometimes things don't get scanned. I tried emailing support, gave them an order number and the response was they don't have any shipments by my email. I gave them my order number to tell me where my stuff is. They've charged my card and sent me tracking that leads to no info. I'd like my card refunded in full or my stuff delivered I'm tired of having problems with all three orders. My first one arrived ok but there were problems after that with their customer service team.

      I placed an order one order and the next month kachava sent me another order which I did not want! I followed to steps to return item so I can be reimbursed. The company states they can't reimburse me without a tracking number! I did a return to sender never opened package. I will copy u in on the return to sender that they suggest the customer to do. They won't refund me 72.83 without a tracking number.
