I highly do not recommend Village Capital and Investment. They make you jump through hoops just to get mortgage statements. They do not try to help their customers stay in their homes if they face any type of hardship. Do not consider this company as a mortgage holder. You will be highly upset all the time.

The experience was good with the person I spoke with H. I like village capital we have had no problems except for Carl but it was fixed by other agents

I do not recommend village capital and investments llc to anyone! They absolutely do not answer phone calls and email correspondence is also a joke. If your needing anything such as a payoff request you can forget about obtaining it. My title company and I have reached out to them several times to no avail. I do believe all it takes is 3 individuals to make a class action suit against them. Absolute waste of everyones time going through this company! Very disappointed! I will be taking action against them!

I AM TRYING TO CONTACT LOSS MITIGATION AND HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR OVER 3 HOURS. I KEEP GETTING TAKEN OUT OF THE "QUEUE" AND SENT BACK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS IS THE SAME EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD EVERY TIME I DEAL WITH LOSS MITIGATION OVER THE LAST 3 MONTHS (5 IN TOTAL). I HAVE BEEN ON A VA DISASTER RELIEF FOREBEARANCE PLAN GOING ON 3 MONTHS NOW THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO END ON JUNE 30TH. I KEPT RECEIVING MISSED PAYMENT NOTIFICATIONS AND FORECLOSURE THREATS THROUGHOUT THE LAST 3 MONTHS. EACH TIME I RECEIVED ONE, I IMMEDIATELY CALLED IN TO VERIFY I WAS ON THE PLAN AND THAT NO ACTION WAS REQUIRED OF ME. EACH TIME, (AFTER BEING ON HOLD FOR AT LEAST 2 HOURS) I WAS TOLD THE SAME THING AND THAT I DID NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ANY OF THE NOTIFICATIONS BECUASE THEY WERE AUTOMATED LETTERS. YESTERDAY I RECEIVED ANOTHER ONE, BUT THIS ACTUALLY STATED THAT THE FOREBEARANCE PLAN WAS CANCELLED DUE TO "NOT BEING ACCEPTED WITHIN THE ALLOTED TIME" AND THAT THEY WERE "PROCEEDING WITH FORECLOSURE." SO, AGAIN, I IMMEDIATELY CALLED IN, AND NOW CURRENTLY 3.25 HOURS INTO THE CALL AND STILL HAVEN'T TALKED TO ANY LOSS MITIGATION REPRESENTATIVE. THIS IS COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY RIDICULOUS AND UNACCEPTABLE. HOW ON EARTH IS THIS COMPANY EVEN STILL IN BUSINESS WITH THE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RESPONSIVENESS IT PORTRAYS TO ITS ACCOUNT HOLDERS? I AM CONTACTING THE DOC AS WELL TO REPORT THE ABSURD EXPERIENCES I HAVE HAD OVER THE LAST 3 MONTHS WITH THIS COMPANY. COME AND TAKE MY HOUSE....IF IT IS TIED TO THIS COMPANY IN ANY WAY, I DON'T WANT IT ANYMORE. I NEVER WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. IF IT WEREN'T FOR THE REQUIREMENT TO LEAVE AT LEAST 1 STAR, I WOULDN'T LEAVE ANY.

Jeff ******* was very aggressive and unprofessional. I would like a manager to listen to our conversation. May 29 at approximately 6:40. I am calling the BBB. I was treated like trash and belittled. I am a United States veteran. I will be involving the VA. He was the most unprofessional, I want to say he acted like he was going to combust. ready to explode on myself and my husband. We called for help he was absolutely disgusting and disrespectful. Please take the time and listen to our phone conversation. I asked to speak to someone else he told me no. . I beg that you listen to the phone call. Jeff was abrasive, uncompassionate. And was belittling my husband, due to my husbands shop closing up out of nowhere. I am asking for a call back, or for the BBB to call me back. I want our conversation played and recorded. I do think I have a case for his derogatory remarks and his demeaning remarks. He is less than unprofessional. I would absolutely be ashamed and ask that Their is a chain of command and he is reprimanded to the point of his behavior and the consequences that render his comments that were unacceptable. He was far less than stellar. I would absolutely be ashamed if my company had some one like him in any position, down to the Janitor. He is NOT qualified to help people or to solve problems. He is not able to handle simple problem solving skills.

 

Excellent all the way around. Hiram was specifically impressive in his command of the process. We had total confidence we were in good hands.

After months of dealing with Village Capital. I'm at an aww with how these people get away with the scams. Now I'm locked out from paying in the portal and can't pay over the phone for a mistake on their end they REFUSE to take responsibility for. Now I have to do mail orders to some address which can take days amd days to get there. Which means I get late fees. After ready all the complaints filed against them in the last 3 months how are these people allowed to be a mortgage company.

Never ever use them for a refinance its the worse slowest company ive ever used there loan officers are really rude to and they drag things out with there review teams and everything there process is so slow

I actually had a really good experience. Village Capital gave me the best interest rate when I refinanced. I worked with Hiram who was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and always there when I had questions. Hiram and Village Capital made the process smooth and honestly stress free. No complaints at all.
