    I ordered bags on march the twenty second I received part of my order on april the first. I did not receive the trash bags that I ordered. I ******** call and I keep getting a message saying they're closed. I've sent two emails. After reading the reviews, Which I should have done in the first please.I realize I probably have made a mistake by ordering in the first place. I like the product but poor customer service outweighs that. Apparently I will have to try and stop my.subscription before there's a bigger problem.

    They are using a Bot account. Their website and phone number don't work. I have been trying for a month now to cancel my subscription with them, but no real person response. cancel my reoccurring subscription - no email was attached to this order. Their website conveniently glitched out and per them I checked out as a guest?? So I am unable to cancel my subscription through their website. I have written them so many times now asking them to verify that order number CC-****** is no longer a subscription and cancel my subscription. You can never get a hold of anyone one you call and their email is a bot email response. Do not charge me in the future for any subscription, it is now in writing on the BBB. CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION ASAP. Thank you

    They did send me an email saying that my subscription has been canceled, but.. they still are not confirming if they've canceled the subscription that goes with the order number. I gave them since no email was actually attached to the order. I checked out as a guest. So I have no idea if subscription is truly canceled or not At this point in time. it's very frustrating, and I thank you for your.

    Purchased 4 boxes - 13 gal trash bags and the order was duplicated on 1/18/2025. My card was charged $126.36. I contacted the company and they about the error and they sent an email to confirm cancellation of the duplicate order. I have tried MULTIPLE TIMES to contact the company by phone and e-mail. No one answered the phone and I could not leave a message and no one has answered my e-mails. As of today 3/21/2025, I have NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER OR BEEN CREDITED THE $126.36. HAS THE COMPANY CLOSED??????

    Subscription confirmed CANCELLED by this company on March 6th, in wiriting. They charged my bank account $106.15 two days later. Now want me to wait for the product to ship, then return, pay return shipping and then maybe get a refund. Confirmed FOUR times the order was cancelled prior to shipping and in writing they stated no further products will be shipped and no further charges will occur. Yet charged me anyway. This company is a ****! Now say I have to pay return shipping or be present to refuse the delivery (shipped to home) Shameful. Promised a return call from a manager - never happened. Refund stattus - emails are bounced back. Do not buy from this Company or their affiliates.

    Here is a copy and paste of my most recent email to them. It sums up everything:Dear *** or Madam,I am sending this to your attention since emails I've sent to Cleanomic [now Earth Wash??] have gone unanswered, delayed, or bounced back as a failed *********** a nutshell:My latest order was shorted 1 box of quart sized bags. This was not the only time I've been shorted a product I've paid for with my *************** first shortage occurred with my first delivery: ZERO quart bags were included in the order.The second delivery was shorted ONE box of quart bags. I contacted Cleanomic and after multiple exchanged emails, Cleanomic sent me ONE box of quart sized bags [even though I was shorted a total of THREE boxes since the onset of my subscription.The most recent [third] order I received was again shorted ONE box of quart bags. I contacted support services and have heard nothing back--the last message received was as a "failed delivery."I have documentation of EVERY email, along with photographs I've sent to Cleanomic and the INCONSISTENT responses I've received ******* resolve this, all I want is the net THREE boxes of quart-sized bags that I've paid for.I am a loyal customer of ANY retailer, on-line seller, or service provider who responds to concerns. I will pay above market for the product or service when customer and service support is responsive. This is not about the money--it is about receiving, in good faith, the product to which I've subscribed.I will provide other documentation, if required by your company, but know, it has been provided in the past.I am reaching out to this new email address in the hopes this can be resolved.[my name and order number was here]

    I signed up for a subscription but did not use the product so I tried to cancel the subscription. The company does not answer phone calls, chat is never available and their support email gets an error message. I have called and emailed repeatedly. The company is a scam and should not be allowed to fraudulently trick customers into buying their products.

    I placed an order February 7th When I looked at the tracking 2 weeks ago I noticed it was stuck in SLC. I have tried to email them several times but their email does not work. I also went on the website and tried Live chat and it gives an error. Order # CC-******

    As I was looking at the product it required me to input my credit card information to get to the next screen. The screen kept popping up with advertisements causing the pc to freeze. When I closed out and went about my day, I got an alert from my back that I had a charge for $108! I did not subscribe. I tried emailing the company, I got an email delivery error saying the email does not exist. Tried the chat, no answer. There is no number to call. I cannot get a refund or cancel whatever subscription they fraudulently signed my card up for. I also got a mystery charge later that day from ******* that my bank caught for $120. My card is frozen now, and I am out a lot of money.

    On February 13, 2025 I placed a subscription order with The ************************ (also known as Cleanomics) for $99.81. I purchased it using my ****** account. After I placed the order I realized they never asked for my mailing address. I looked at my ****** account and realized ****** had my correct address under the billing address field, but had an old address from 5 years ago under the shipping field. I immediately called Cleanomics and left several messages that day with my phone number and correct address but no one ever called me back.I then emailed them several times. My last email was telling them that I wanted to cancel my subscription order because I was so turned off by the lack of customer service I received. Also at one point I got an email stating that they could not send the package to the correct address and that it was too late. I gave them my new address on a voicemail 2 minutes after I ordered everything, so it was NOT too late at all.The last email I got from them said this:"We have successfully canceled your subscription, ensuring that you will not be charged moving forward. However, please note that if you have a recent recurring order, we are unable to cancel it at this time."I wrote back and asked them what "However, please note that if you have a recent recurring order, we are unable to cancel it at this time" meant exactly? No one has since gotten back to me. So now I'm so afraid they will continue to ship and charge me for their products. So, after 19 years I am closing my ****** account so that they can't get away with whatever it is they think they can get away with.

    I paid $106.80 for an order placed on 2/16/25 for a bag bundle. On 2/24/25 the wrong item was delivered (see photo). The delivered item is priced $19.99. It was not part of my order. I contacted customer service on 2/25 with the discrepancy. The company insisted the delivery was complete. On 2/26/25 my phone calls to customer service were not answered and emails are no longer deliverable.
