  Very challenging company to work with, I have ordered two times. It took a very long time for the first, incorrect, order to arrive. I tried again, wanting to support a local company. (No where on their website can you find out where the products are made!) Second ordered arrived with incorrect product and I have sent over a dozen emails, called, and have now refuted the charge via my credit card company because Cleanomics keeps sending the same response, your order was delivered....BUT not the correct order. Then I another emails states a mailing label has been created, BUT it's been several weeks, no order. AND now they want me to be honest and post a review. I will not purchase from this company because they can't send the correct order, the wrong order it takes weeks to arrive, and there is no one to help or correct their mistakes!

  The product is stronger than typical storage bags. I returned the cleaning products without a fuss. It took a two weeks to get the return info, as they gave me the choice to use then and remove them from future orders.

  I'm very excited to be using their compostable products, available in 5 (I think) different sizes. The products work as well as any others made but have the added advantage of not adding to our land fills. My only complaint is similar to others I read....the delivery schedule is a mystery and my inquiries seem to disappear in space. It's not important enough to NOT use the products, but it is a little frustrating.

  DO NOT do business with CLEANOMIC, located at 7390 Eastgate Rd., Ste. 130, Henderson, NV 89011-4024!! I placed an order, but immediately changed my mind, exercising my three-day right of refusal and cancelling the order within four (4) hours of placing same, and several hours PRIOR TO receipt of confirmation from CLEANOMIC that they had received and would begin processing the order. CLEANOMIC TOTALLY DISREGARDED MY REQUEST TO CANCEL THE ORDER. As I explained to their Customer Support staff, I am a disabled senior citizen and cannot afford their products. However, CLEANOMIC elected to disregard my request to cancel the order, instead charging $258.71 to my bank account and shipping goods that I NEITHER WANT NOR NEED, REFUSING TO REFUND THE CHARGES AND/OR ALLOW ME TO RETURN THE UNWANTED GOODS. CLEANOMIC preys on the elderly and disabled. DO NOT fall for their schemes and lies!!

  Love the products but the staff needs customer service training. I emailed them to understand why I only received a portion of my initial order and their reply said, “I don’t need to email them…”

  I have tried almost all of the products and like them. They do the jobs well. That said, I do not understand how they do business. I receive products in a seemingly random fashion and am not certain how I pay for them. There are no invoices in the packages and no responses to my requests.

  They didn’t deliver the items that were paid for. Customer service is non existent. I sent several emails and tried to call several times.

  Although the products were good, the customer service was a disappointment. Managing my subscriptions was a headache at best! Had to go I. Live chat anytime I needed to fix something. One time I was able to log in through my account that I created with them but it was just one of the two subscriptions I was trying to manage. I used all the same info when signing up so it was frustrating that I couldn’t access one without a live char was when I could no longer access any subscriptions through my login without error messages even after I followed the exact steps from the last live chat, I had to make. When I got on live chat another time to discuss managing my own subscriptions they gave me the same directions as before, and I had to explain it wasn’t working. Then proceeded to tell me I could just request any changes through live chat because their portal wasn’t working. I am a mother of two young children, and if I didn’t respond in the chat quicker than five minutes, they would close it on me and I would have to start the chat over again. Overall the product wasn’t worth the hassle to manage it directly with them. I think I saw some products on Amazon though.. I may consider ordering through Amazon in the future considering the ease Amazon provides with subscriptions.

  If I could give this zero stars, I would. I was dissatisfied the moment I checked out, but tried to keep an open mind. The cart total was approximately $60, but then it changed to $106 and some change upon checkout. The "bundle" was for trash bags, quart-size baggies, snack-size baggies, gallon-size baggies, and reusable kitchen cloths-- a 90 day supply. It seemed a bit on the pricey side, but hey, why not give it a try if it helps the earth, right? Then I receive my shipment, and all it includes is a box of quart-sized bags and a box of gallon-sized bags. So, now I've paid $106 for two boxes of compostable bags? Ridiculous. I canceled my account after that. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS.
