I was told I could cancel my membership at any point for the $4.99. I went in and followed the instructions 2 months ago but it still is billing me the $4.99 a month. I am unable to reach a human to discuss the issue since their phone number, text and chat are all computer based. I would like a refund of the two months of $4.99 I paid after I canceled the membership and I want the charges to stop.Business Response

I ordered something from Shapermint but cancelled right away when I realized they were not a **************** and the item was significantly more expensive then advertised. They signed me up for membership which I have tried to cancel. Their website wont recognize my email address and my credit card company is filing dispute but that does not cancel the charge. I want this monthly membership cancelled. Can you please helps? You cannot call them as have tried and they do not allow you to speak with live agent. Please help.Business Response

I ordered two bras April 6th2025 Delivered April 22. The second bra was not in the color I requested so they contacted me asking if I would like to change the color I agreed. Second item was delayed in shipping Upon receiving the items they did not fit properly. I have been trying for weeks to return the items. Their website will not allow me to return because it's past the window. That clearly states June 7th is the window and today is June 4th. The second item is not even showing up as available for refund. I purchased one item, order SM9393632-TR on 5/13/25. It still says pending. I have reached out to Shapermint multiple times through email, text and online. The only response I get is someone will get back with me and no one has. I would like to receive my order in a timely manner was suppose to arrive in 5-7 days not multiple weeks. On May 26, 2025, I placed an order online with Shapermint and selected four items. I saved the email confirming the order was being processed. Today, 6-3-25 at 2am, I received an email saying that the order had been delivered to my mailbox on 6-1-25. I checked my mailbox again, and verified that there was no package in my mailbox. It was not left at my front door or any other location. I attempted to track the package and received an error message each time I tried using the link provided in the email. I also attempted to track directly on ******** and still had no proof the package was even picked up by a **** carrier. I emailed Shapermint and received a email response indicating it was delivered and I immediately responded to say I had not received the order. It seems like they do not intend to be offering any additional help. I have not received my order as of 6-3-25, and the inability to track the package implies they are using deceptive practices to take my payment without actually sending the products. I would like the products I ordered or a full refund.Business Response

I ordered from Shapermint and was never advised they would be enrolling me in some "club" and charge me for it. When I was charged, I tried to contact customer service through phone, email and ********. All they have are automated, predetermined choices to select. On May 11 2025 I made a purchase, order SM9361976-TR for *****. The tracking provided shows it should have been delivered on May 27th. I have been trying to contact this company since tracking on the 22nd shows no movement of the items. I have attempted to contact this company through their website, but they do not have a customer service number, simply a chatbot that does not provide any assistance. I believe this company to be entirely fraudulent, as after I ordered I now see numerous complaints on social media platforms that show this company often does NOT fulfill their orders. Also, I did NOT agree to a monthly subscription, and I hope I do NOT get charged.
