      I absolutely made a purchase with shapermint in April 2025. I thought I had read everything; obviously I didn't realize that I was joining a monthly subscription. I would like my credit card refunded for this monthly fee charged to me in May and I do not care to be a member any longer.The bra I ordered was the size that matched my bra size, however it is very flimsy and doesn't do a great job supporting. I have taken the straps up to their max and it still doesn't look nice. I did not attempt to return the bra or get a refund...I called the customer service *** line today to ask about canceling my subscription and could not get in touch with anyone. I have tried to log in to my account online and had no success there either.       Hello. I ordered a bra online from shaper mint and found it very hard to complete my order and then I got concerned because it talked about a subscription a monthly fee. I attempted to contact them which Ive gotten no help. No one seems to know anything and tells me something every chat or email that I have gotten from them. All I wanted was to confirm that I do not in fact, have a subscription. They wont do that I still have a pending charge my credit card and I asked for a refund of what I ordered. One person said it was too late for that. But Ive had one say I have a subscription and that they would cancel it if I gave him more information and this was done unknowingly fraudulently I never asked for a subscription which is a monthly fee going forward. I want this canceled and they are no help and there is no phone number fora real person on there.

      I want the credit to show on my credit card before I agree to anything with this place.  I have disputed the charge with my credit card company since it posted already.  If my credit card was credited back and they show that any membership they signed me up for was canceled, I would feel better.  Ive read so many reviews after the fact where they continue to charge these monthly fees and thats still a concern.

      Started charging me $4.99 monthly "membership fee" that I did not choose whatsoever. When I discovered it, I called them. They don't answer. They send text message asking what the issue is and then they don't respond. After digging through my account, I finally found the cancellation option which I selected and submitted but got no email confirmation they received it. What a total scam.

      I ordered 2 products from Shapermint and only received one of two products. The credit due to me for the product I never received remained in an account with **********************. I requested this amount to be refunded to my credit card. I have received multiple emails that this would occur within ***** hours. I've received correspondence that this would be escalated and immediately returned to me. It has been now 45 days and I have not received my credit even after 3 attempts to contact them. I keep getting told to wait. I have already waited 45 days for a credit and now lodging this complaint because I demand my money back.

      A purchase of 4 camis was made to Shapermint. Although, I like stone if their products these didnt work out. I contacted them to find out the steps to return. The package was sent back via *** on 4-15-25. I talked via live chat about this return and was told I would receive a full refund within 5-10 business days. Today, day 22, I got an email with a coupon for the amount of my return. No one agreed to a coupon. While using the live chat to resolve this matter, it keeps asking questions that doesnt speak to resolving this issue.

      Beginning Feb 7 and ongoing this business has attempted to withdraw 4.99 from my Vias account. The bank notifies me each time this happens and it has been reported as fraud. Continued attempts have been made, the last one 4/29. I have made numerous unsuccessful attempts to contact this business. I did not authorize, nor was I aware that I had agreed to join their club. I made a purchase in January, which is how they got my credit card number.
