      I moved from Washington from state to Las Vegas and needed a new therapist, I used my insurance to find this place. My first visit went well, but the NP issued to me didn’t use the full hour, I felt like it was very much just a quick, what medication do you want and then it was over, no actual real talking discussing and getting to know my mental health background. The next visit, I was in and out in 10 mins, again no real deep dive. Then I received a $540 bill, by my surprise because my wife and I have very good mental health insurance. My insurance company, and us have tried to contact the “billing” department several times, once got thru and only got one of the 2 bills handled. 2 months later still being told and messaged I still owe, left many messages stating that my insurance company has tried to reach out several times, now I’m being told I can’t make another appointment until the billing is handled. I will be finding a different place. DO NOT GO HERE, this is not a good place for anyone’s mental health.

      Customer service is none existan in this place, they never pick up the phone , it takes weeks for them to get back to you, I scheduled an appointment and requested to be telehealth , they never got back to me and sent me a bill for $75 for no show fee appoinment, I talked to the lady and explained the situation and she wont waive the fee, they are not compassionated and dont care they are dealing with patients that hace mental health issues. Please stay away!! I will go somewhere else.

      I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the care provided by Focus Mental Health Solutions. Our recent experience with their leadership, administrative team, and adolescent clinical staff has been extremely troubling, and it is important to highlight these issues for the benefit of others considering their services. Firstly, I am concerned about the level of care provided by Brittany *****, PMHNP-BC. During our visits, it was evident that she displayed a concerning lack of engagement and concern for my adolescent child's mental health. Conversations about my daughter’s sexuality and pronouns, which were irrelevant to the psychiatric care being sought, were conducted behind closed doors. Additionally, there were instructions to keep these discussions secret from my daughter’s parents, which left her feeling emotionally distressed and uncomfortable. The situation deteriorated further when Brittany ***** refused to refill a critical medication that my child had been prescribed. Despite requesting immediate contact with the office manager and a transfer of care, no communication was received. This refusal, without prior discussion or explanation, exacerbated my child’s condition and caused significant distress for our family. Efforts to resolve these issues were met with delays and unhelpful responses. Despite being repeatedly assured of a resolution, the office failed to meet these expectations. Meanwhile, we received multiple threatening texts about attending visits, even after we had cancelled all services in person, by phone, and through multiple voicemail messages. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the care and professionalism of Focus Mental Health Solutions. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this practice. It is essential for healthcare professionals, especially those working with adolescents, to provide compassionate and responsive care. Unfortunately, this was not our experience.

      Horrible place to go you don’t even see a doctor you see a nurse practitioner. They listen to you for about a minute and a half they don’t ask you hardly any questions or consider your prior issues and treatments. It’s just overall horrible experience and I could’ve done without it, the doctors don’t even see patients the nurse practitioners do you how are you supposed to get help?
