    This place is scaming people with bait and switch offers to buy your home. By sending check amounts for estimates over 80% of the ******* estimate and then declining you and giving low ball offer these are terrible marketing practices and I would not recommend them to anyone. Even the rep I was dealing with agreed that this practice is harmful and he doesn't enjoy telling people theyve been baited.

    The process was easy and simple. There might be a few days delay in, but it will happen. The price is fair for a cash offer. If you are rush in selling your property, I would definitely recommend doing business with them.

    I have asked multiple times to be removed from their mailing list and they continue to send me marketing materials even though I no longer own the home they harassed me about for months

    As a long term rental property owner I was hesitant to use a company to sell my property.  I know now I can trust Alex Buys Vegas Houses to get my property sold! They go above and beyond for me and answered any and all questions I had. Their Escrow agent Amberly was very helpful as well. Truly a pleasure to working with Terra and Tommy!   I will be using them again on another rental property I am selling.

    Was very courteous and gave us a fair offer. The deal went thru as agreed and was fast and kind , kept us up to date on everything. We were from out of town did not have a lot of time and they took a lot of time and stress off of us trying to get house sold in a little amount of time. All staff was helpful and on time.
