Worst possible rating! O stars should be given!! This system requires a star be selected.Management decision making, instruction to Tow Drivers and customer ********************** is disgraceful. After contacting AAA roadside service, Alpine Auto Service (Towing)was assigned to my tow request. Towing was requested on Saturday, 7/30.When the Tow driver appeared, I asked for my car to be towed to the San ****** ******** dealership for repair. The Tow driver agreed and called his manager ****** we were told that the manager would call me. The manager did call but told us that the car could not be towed to San ****** but **** was a better option. I asked about the MB dealership in ********** but was told that that was far. I indicated that I would call him back after discussing options with my husband. I did call back and ask for towing to San ******; th e manager indicated that towing could not happen until Wednesday and I indicated that this was fine.On the following Wednesday I called Alpine Towing and he indicated that my car had been towed the prior day (Tuesday) to Roseville. He told me I had agreed to this, and when asked why the car had not been towed to San ****** as requested, he implied I was lying.AAA indicated that the car had been towed to **********, not ********************** is unprofessional, inefficient, not respectful of customers. One note about the tow driver: He is the exception to this ineptitude. He was professional and listened to my wishes.
