      on 3/20/23 I purchased a plane ticket through this 3rd party for a flight to *******. I didn't realize at the time I was going thru a 3rd party, I thought I was booking a flight on Spirit. MyFlight billed my credit card, Capitol One, on 3/21/23 but then they cancelled my flight on 3/29/23. Spirit didn't cancel the flight -- MyFlight cancelled my reservation. I have a letter from them stating that I am due a refund of $244.58 but they never processed it. I have called many many times and I am told that they are processing it and to wait another 17 to 20 days or they told me they told capitol one to refund my money or they put me on hold and then hang up on me. I have contacted my credit card company and they told me that they have not been told to credit my account. I have sent numerous emails to their customer service **** and I only one received one reply that they told Capitol One to credit my account. I asked for a copy of the voucher they sent to cap one but they have ignored me. Cap one will no longer help me-they said too much time has passed.and I have to work it out with MyFlight. Please help me. I only want what is due to me. I am getting no where with MyFlight and I don't want others to experience the same problem that I have. Their phone is **************.

      I have looked this company up on ******** and several people have reported the same problem that *** had and they said that this is a scam. please continue to look into this organization, because as I said, they have done this to many many people and it is a scam

      I booked a flight with them on April 28th of 2023 and they called me the next day saying they could not get the flight on the days and time they had agreed upon for my round trip from *******, ** to ***********. They tried to accommodate me with other times and days but we needed to be there for a college graduation. So, they agreed to give me a refund with no service charges taken out. On April 30, I received an email explaining it all. It has now been almost six months, and I have yet to receive my $417.56. I keep calling them and their response is we escalated the problem and I should receive it in 7 to 14 days. Well, it has been longer than that please help as I am on a fixed income and I do not have money to just give away. I advise no one to use them because they will promise you something they cannot provide.

      Purchased Airline Ticket February 16, 2023.Two (2) days before flight, FlightSearch cancelled my flight, with a promise to refund by August 15th, 2023. As of today, after numerous emails (all ignored by FlightSearch) I still have not receive my refund. I had to rebook flights directly with airline for double the cost. All I want is my refund.****** learned not to book with this company ever again. I paid $592.95 in US dollars

      Please do what ever you can.  I tried to communicate with this company several times, and they never responded to me. I am out over $800 ********.  I am not well off. This is a huge amount of money to lose for me. I really do appreciate anything you can to. Thank you  so much.

      I booked ticket on line Oct.12 2022 at 12:39 PST IN ** FUND ******* BOOKING REFERENCE FSON383983 ON WESTJET .I Canceled by phone 5 min later when I seen it was u.s. funds. THEY E-MAIL BACK SAYING ITCOULD TAKE 2 BILLING CYCLES.I been calling all most ever week from then to now Sept.2023 they keep telling me i will get my refund at the end of the week ,once they gave me false number to use t o book flights.I used my Mom credit card to book the flight and had to pay her ******* so I am out that money.I really needs your help.

      I purchsed tickets online 1/25/2023 for a 4/9 flight to **********, ** for ****** with a return flight from ********, ** for ******. We rec'd confirmation, but when we got to the American Airline counter, there were no tickets. I was told I'd have a refund in 2 billing cycles. No refund. I have called 9 times and am told EVERY time I will receive my refund anywhere from a few days to a week. Nearly 8 months later, still no refund.

      This business needs to be shut down by the authorities! My son booked tickets on Icelandair through them several months in advance.       My father bought a plane ticket from ** to ***** in early 2021. Unfortunately he passed away in September of 2021. I have been making monthly phone calls to this business since January of 2022 and have an email dated February 7, 2022 stating that a refund will be issues. I get the run around every time I call. Today I have been hung up on many times and have been trying for over an hour to get information. I would like the refund to be submitted to my mother as promised over a year and half ago.

      I booked an airline flight on Dec. 18, 2022 with MY FLIGHT SEARCH, to fly from **********, ** to *************, ** on Feb. 21, 2023. Booking reference number: FSON610172. They sent me a message on Feb. 20th, to say my flight was cancelled and they would remit the amount of $363.70 back to my credit card within 6-8 weeks. I have emailed them three times and also called them and spoke with a representative once. They did email responses indicating this amount would be credited soon, however, this has not occurred.*************************, cell #****************** *********************, ******, ** *****
