    These people are just another scam. They charge a ridiculous fee which is almost twice the price of your airline ticket. I cannot believe that they are allowed to continue to rip people off. I would advice people to contact the airlines for their flight and never, never use this service. I don’t want to give them any star rating, but unfortunately, I have to in an effort to move on.

    That 1 star is way more that what I would give this guys, I’ve been fighting for a refund since December 2022… 17 month now, obviously I consider this money lost, but I will make videos weekly and post it all over social media, *******, ********, *********, ******,  *and I know they will lose way way more money than me… Visit @******************** and watch all the videos… myflightsearch.com YOU SUCK

    I have been waiting since Jun 2023 for my refund when they cancelled my tickets without telling until a week before we are supposed to leave. I tried calling and just kept getting hanged up on. They just put you on hold and cut the line after getting your booking number. Or ask to get me a new flight.

    Total scam! Tell your friends! They send you a flight number and "ticket" which doesn't exist when you call the airline that your "cheap flight" was booked with. Will not give any refund. It was a miracle that I received my money back from my credit card company after speaking to the fraud department who told me that they heard of this "company". BEWARE!!! The only reason I gave a rating was so my comment could go through to warn everyone....

    I have cancelled my flight on May 11, 2023, and I was promised a full refund in an email with a Booking number. I called every other week, and they always say the same: "it will be done in a few days". I waited and waited and never got it. So, I called on Jan 4, 2024, after waiting for almost 8 MONTHS = +34 WEEKS = 162 BUSINESS DAYS trying to book another flight and the rep said that I couldn’t use it for another flight because it was already refunded (??) and that it would be in my card by the 22nd of January. Today, 3 weeks later I have not received the refund and when trying to call the REP left me on hold for 15 min and cut the communication off. I called again and talk to another Rep who at least asked for my name and also put me on hold for another 15 min and cut the communication off. I kept calling and they kept hanging up on me as soon as I gave my reservation number. I kept calling and asked to talk to a supervisor, but they kept hanging up on me. This is definitely a robbery. Is there anything that could be done to stop this company to keep scamming Canadian citizens?

    My mother purchased an airline ticket for the both of us to travel from Miami, FL to LGA New York on November 11, 2023 departing on November 14, 2023. She paid $378.48 and when we arrived at the airport ticketing section the agent told us that no tickets existed. We called MyFlightSearch.com and they confirmed that a flight had not been booked. We were lucky that there were seats still available, but we had to purchase the airline tickets again. For the past 50 days, we have made four calls to MyFlightSearch.com and they kept stating that a refund would be forthcoming. In the latter calls, they claimed that it would take 45 business days to process a refund. We asked in two instances to speak with a Manager, but no one ever called back. We called again today and the representative stated that a refund was already issued and it would take another few days. We tried to explain that we had already waited more than the alloted 45 business days, the representative placed the call on-hold and then disconnected. This has been a horrible experience and their callousness has greatly upset us.

    Should show ZERO stars from me! Booked a couple of flights, a few days later decided to change to booking directly with the airline, canceled myflightsearch.com reservations, received emails stating that refunds would be processed shortly. Didn't receive any refunds, but didn't realize it until months later, contacted my credit card company, they can only do so much because of the statute of limitations on length of time since the charge appeared on my statement. Emailed the company and they again promised me I'd get refunds. Still haven't received any refunds, and now it's about 7 months since the original charge. I'll be filing a case with econsumer.gov and I'll be emailing the company again, telling them about that filing and that I'll be contacting a Las Vegas TV station's consumer advocacy program.

    Terrible customer service. I have had no success this far in getting my refund back and all the phone numbers listed are unreachable. This company is obviously a scam. Stay away from them.

    During covid our flight got canceled in we signed up for 100% flight protection in total we paid $784.81 for our flight to California for a family vacation and we never received our money back and all the customer service does is make excuses and say they sent the refund back and I never received anything and I'm still fighting this over 2 years now!! I would encourage anyone dealing with the same issue take it to court because my lawyer is going after them this company is a fraud! They have scammed many people!!!! All I want is my money back and for the better Business bureau to shut them down immediately and there's website.

    They cancelled my flight back in April. 3 days before my flight!! I booked a flight for my family of 4, for a funeral. Here it is flipping NOVEMBER and they still will not refund my MONEY. They stole over $1000 from me. EVERY TIME I CALL THEIR CUSTOMER SEVICE, THE JERK HANGS UP ON ME !!!!!!!!!. I would NOT!!! recommend these jerks to anyone. THEY are a BUNCH OF THEIVES!!!!
