      Flight 952 on April 11, from Fort Lauderdale, FL to Louisville, KY

      We boarded the plane on time around 3:40 pm. 30 minutes later the pilot announced there is a bad weather and they are trying to reroute the airplane path. Later, he said we are getting more fuel because we'll probably need to go around the storm over Louisville.
      45 min later the pilot again said we are waiting on bad weather to pass and need to refuel the plane again (?). And it should take a few minutes and we'll be on our way. It was 5:50pm.
      I pulled the status of Louisville Airport and showed it to the pilot because flights from Chicago, Atlanta landed in SDF. The Spirit flight from FLL also landed at 7:07pm.
      I asked the pilot what is going on and he said there is a maintenance issue they are working on. It seemed to me they did not want the passengers ** know about the maintenance issue, which is the airline problem and the weather should not be blamed. It was frustrating to be lied about it.
      For your reference I have a record of the pilot announcement where he mentions the crew had a maintenance problem.
      We spent 3 hours waiting. Me and my daughter were hungry and thirsty. "Complimentary" drink of 100 ml of water was a joke.
      The company should not put the passengers on board to wait for maintenance. We could have been waiting on the gate where food and drinks were available.
      We took off at 7:22 pm.
      We got home very late and next day my daughter had testing at school.
      I received a customer survey and replied to it with my complains. I also send an email to Customer service. I did not received any responses.
      I believe the airline should issue a compensation at least equal to what I paid for our tickets.

      Per BBB site recommendation I just write this review. If I receive no response again. I plan to file a formal complain.

      I have been trying for OVER A WEEK to contact customer service. Their chat service is an unintelligent bot that doesn't help, after HOURS on hold, the calls are continually disconnected, and I sent an email with multiple followups to customer support with NO RESPONSE. There doesn't seem to be any way to contact their support team. This is very concerning for an airline, where our lives are in their hands.

      Customer service does not pick up and chat kicks you off. On hold for hours with no answer. I am owed a refund and can not get in touch with them via email, chat or phone.

      The rudest flight attendants I have ever met hands-down were on this flight and should probably pick a new career path. Sahara and an older white woman with blonde hair. The older woman had her name tag covered up with her hair so I could not see it. They both were not very welcoming when entering the plane. An elderly lady entered the plane after dragging her carry-on up the steps which was concerning to them, however, not concerning enough to help her put her carry-on up into the compartment and they wouldn't even help her roll it down the aisle. They insisted that she should ask a man to help her. The man sitting to my right accidentally put his hardhat from work on something that was for emergency use for the airplane. Sahara decided the best way to communicate this was with extreme attitude. Aggressively telling him what he was doing wrong and that he needed to move it. The man next to me was shocked but he moved it and apologized. Then during takeoff you could hear Sahara in the back of the plane talking about wearing her mask on airplanes because "they are dirty!" She also explained how she was going on vacation in six days and was not gonna let anyone ruin it by getting her sick. She said all this to the older white lady. Shortly after that it was time for the concessions to go down the aisle. They made the announcement that people should not get out of their seat while this is in progress. One woman immediately got up before they started and I had to go back to the bathroom. She was an older woman. They reminded her that they needed her to be back in her seat by the time that they Started to go down the aisle with the cart. She immediately went into the bathroom and they just started right after she shut the door. After she was finished in the restroom, they told her that she'd have to stand there and wait until they had finished. She stepped back into the quarters in which the flight attendants usually stand and they told her that she could not be b

      I booked a flight but there were two charges from Allegiant on my American Express bill. After waiting 90 minutes to talk with someone, LaDonna, she said it wasn't their issue and repeatedly put me on hold when I wanted to explain it to her. She eventually said "I think you are a fraudster and are trying to get money out of us" and then she hung up on me. I wish I had read these reviews before trusting them. Horrible customer service, very rude.
