I have attached two work orders for your review. The first one 11/24/23 for $934.43. I went to the shop to see why my car was jerking. After looking at it, they said it was misfiring and needed spark plugs, etc. The performed the service and I left. November 29, 2023, I took the car back becasue it was still misfiring and to find out why since Tire Works stated that's all that was wrong. The Service Manager comes out in approximately an hour with a bill to correct the problem of $2,992.47 stating everything that was wrong with my car after the fact stating that these things will probably go bad. As of today, my car still misfires and I'm afraid to drive it because I don't want it to stop on me and I don't have any transportation. Was this a bait and switch on the part of your company? Why didn't he tell me all of this before they fixed the car 11/24/23, charging me $934.43? I attempted to find the ********* of this company, however, I was unable to do so. I will continue searching for their names ***************************, CEO and *******************************, CFO.

      Per District Manager *********************:

      To whom it may concern,

**************************** had her **** Oldsmobile towed into our shop located at ************ highway to have ** address two concerns she had. One being an overheating concern and the other being a failed to start/ stay running concern. It is our policy to correct the overheating issue first so that we remove the risk of overheating the engine during a test drive. We advised **************************** on this and the cooling system repair that must be done first. She agreed to the repair cost and asked us to move forward. Our technician made the cooling system repair then found the center terminal on the distributor cap cracked and associated that with the drivability concern. The repair was communicated with **************************** and agreed to have performed. We conducted the repair, and a test drive was performed. The vehicle was released back to ****************************. She later returned the vehicle to us with her drivability concern still apparent. We later learned that this was an issue she had tried to have fixed by replacing the carburetor and fuel pump from another repair facility. Our technician has exhausted his diagnostic process and attempted to make a couple no charge repairs. Unfortunately, her concern persisted. We later recommended seeking a specialty repair shop who specializes in older vehicles to solve her last concern.

Though we empathize with ****************************, we can neither be held responsible for her distress, vehicles condition, nor can we be expected to absorb the cost of diagnosing her vehicles issue. However, In the spirit of customer satisfaction, we agreed to refund **************************** for the entire repair to include the cooling system repair that was done. I feel that we worked in the best interests of ****************************.
We appreciate your time and your attention to this matter.Should you have any further questions regarding this matter, we encourage you to reach out to us directly. Thank you.

My husband dropped his car off at ************************************************************* for an oil change on 03/06/2033. Keep in mind the original estimate was 225.32.On 03/09/2023 the manager called my husband while I was present and he stated that there was all these things wrong with the 2014 dodge charger that we bought from car *** just a year ago. He quoted **** to my husband and my husband stated there is no way we could afford that as I just had a baby nor could we get a loan he stated the most we could afford was 600 worth of maintenance for the basic things. My husband and the manager went over what they could do and my husband confirmed twice it would be only 648 dollars. When we went to pick off the car they stated it would be **** dollars. My husband immediately said what are you talking about and that he did not authorize this. I told the manager that this is insane and we did not authorize this that we would pay what we owe for the 648 which we agreed to however we cannot afford to pay more than this. I stated he could put the old parts back on and we would try and cover labor he stated they threw the parts away. I told him he can't legally hold our car hostage because he has no right to the tital he stated he can and he will. That was never authorized I asked for the recording of the authorization and he said he can't get it for three week because the corporate manager is on vacation. On the itemized receipt for the unauthorized parts they upsold teach part by over 400 to 300 each.We called 311 and they said we can take our car because it's legally ours, that they have no right to it. That we would need to take this to civil court and referenced the law 108.27.2B to give to the tire works franchise however they are keeping the car in their garage and hiding it so it can't be accessed. When we were there the manager moved the car into the garage. If you need any more information please let me know I have documentation of everything.

January 6, 2023 I took my 2007 Saturn Ion to the *************** location! They were to fix my secondary air pump and throttle pedal! I picked the car up on January 7th, will no repairs being done! I took the car back to them again, after paying $931, and being told that the car was fixed, and will pass smog! Took the car again, and it still wasn't fixed! Took it back the 3rd time, and was told by the employees that they will take it to get smog, but they notice something wrong with the catalytic converter valve, which was something that was never brought up before! They fixed it again, so they proclaimed, and I still couldn't pass smog, and all my dashboard lights were on!!! I took my car to another shop, *************************, and they told me that tire works put the secondary air pump on incorrectly, which charged more damage to the car! I ended up paying them $1721.73 to fix what Tire works damaged, as well as getting the original part fixed!

On February 2023 , I noticed while doing an oil change that both front tires were extremely worn on just the insides, as I do not own a alignment machine. I did a indepth inspection of all the front suspension parts and steering, finding no bent or failing components. I returned my vehicle to the shop, and I waited. After the shop manager confirmed that I had purchased the extended warranty coverages for the ***.The manager asked me to come with him to my vehicle. He confirmed all my components were still new and working, he started making excuses as to why both tiers wore out in **** miles. **** of his excused were true or verified. Date of transactions: 11/10/2022 and 1/19/2023 I paid the company 775 when picked my car up on 11/23/2022. They currently is taking 90$ every two weeks to pay remaining balance. On 11/27/2022 a couple of days after I picked my car up I was driving with my family the wheel axel and wheel came off due to something not being placed back on my car correctly after they finished the transmission job. which could've caused serious problems probably even death. I contacted my insurance and had my car towed. Tire works paid the 500$ deductible. My car was with Caliber Collision from 11/28/2022 until 1/19/2023. I had a rental my insurance paid for until 12/27/2022. Tire works was suppose to cover the remaining days it took for Caliber to complete the damages. I returned the rental car on 1/19/2023 when my car was finished. Enterprise said I had balance of 1000+$. I picked my car up and was told I have a balance of 30$. I took both receipts to tire works so they can pay the remaining balance and reimburse the 30$ I had to pay. I was told someone will call me and no one did. On 1/24/2023 I was leaving work and my car shifted hard and took a while to pick up speed. The same issues I was having when they said my transmission was fixed. I contacted *** the manager 1/24/2023 and he said he will call me back. On 1/25/2023 I went to Tire Works to talk to someone higher. The gave me the district manager number. I contacted him and he told me he will contact me in a hour and never did. When I texted and told the *************************** I would proceed with legal assistance and will be contacting BBB. He responded he was tied up and he will respond once he gets something from BBB. Now I'm out of a car and has no transportation to and from work. I am rejecting this response because: I feel I given tire works more than enough time to come up with a solution. I keep having to reach out instead of receiving the call backs stated in the previous messages. I feel that the rental car bill shouldnt even be the issue being that it was at a collision shop because of tire work mess up. If the car was fixed correctly we wouldnt even be in this situation. Again that accident couldve killed me and my family while driving. We keep talking about the rental bill, and the reimbursement of the tire fee but no one has said anything about the transmission not being fixed correctly. Hopefully we can come up with a solution. I dont know why tire works think we should be responsible for something we had no control of. If the transmission was fixed the correct way and the parts was installed correctly the tire  would not have feel off its axel and damage my car:

I understand how frustrated you must be in this situation, and I have made several attempts to have a district manager contact you. Fortunately, I was able to speak with the market director yesterday, who assured me that they are taking action. However, I had to resend all the necessary documentation for their review. I appreciate your patience thus far, and if you can give me a bit more time, I am confident that we can find a mutually agreeable solution. Was sold 1 supposedly new tire for $200 in May 2022 and not offered or mentioned any warranty. Tire began leaking within one month, brought back twice since my light kept coming on, and they claim to not find any holes or leaks. Went to another shop who found a pin hole almost immediately. Rip offs who just want your money!!!
