Sad to report that I had an extremely negative experience with Yellowfin and Athena, the coordinator. Having paid my $300 deposit and completing the forms as requested they then reported that I missed my slot and have not provided an alternative date since. I had to source a new transportation that could pick up on my original date required. As Yellowfin couldn't fulfill their side and I had to go elsewhere they have decided to keep my initial payment even though they never did not honor their side of the agreement. Other brokers were able to do what they cannot. Feel like I've been robbed. Absolutely terrible behavior and I would recommend not using them. They promise everything and deliver nothing... literally. Very bad experience and communication turned nasty immediately from them when I asked for a refund after I explained the situation, very uncompassionate and uncomfortable.Yellowfin Logistics, LLC

Although we thank you for your feedback, Mr. *******, we strongly disagree with your characterization of events. Yellowfin Logistics most certainly did uphold its responsibilities under the agreement and made every effort to accommodate your scheduling requests.
While Athena, your broker, secured a carrier to meet your initial pickup timeline, you chose to change your schedule and, on yet another occasion, delayed providing the necessary pickup and delivery information to secure an offer on time. As a result, preliminary bookings with two suitable carriers were lost. Despite this, Athena continued to work diligently to find alternative solutions, and a new carrier offer was received shortly thereafter. Unfortunately, you had already chosen early termination of your contract in the interim.
This premature cancellation of your order, after substantial work had already been performed on your behalf, does not constitute a failure on Yellowfin’s part to meet its obligations under the agreement. As described above, it was your own actions which directly prevented the completion of the contract.
As per the terms, Yellowfin acted in good faith and within the parameters of the agreement, and your failure to adhere to agreed-upon timelines and your subsequent cancellation prior to the finalization of services resulted in no breach on Yellowfin's part. We fully stand by the integrity, professionalism, and transparency of our process, and any claim of non-performance on Yellowfin’s part is without merit.
While we regret that you were dissatisfied with the outcome, we remind you that any contractual dispute must be evaluated based on the established terms, and we are confident that our actions were fully compliant with those terms. If you wish to discuss this matter further, we certainly remain available to address any remaining concerns.

I needed my Trailblazer shipped and on the recommendation of a friend, used Yellowfin Logistics. I have used auto shippers 6 to 7 times previously and can say without reservation, by far the best experience I’ve encountered was from Tianna. She was immediately responsive to my many questions, accommodated my last-minute schedule change and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Unlike some other companies, that were no hidden fees and everything was clearly stated upfront. I won’t look anywhere else from my future transport needs. THANK YOU Tianna!!!! Yellowfin Logistics created an amazing experience for me. The communication flow was great and the prices were very affordable. My vehicle showed up on time with no damage. I needed a car transported across the country from WA to NY, but the deal fell through. I informed Danielle from Yellowfin Logistics that I’d be looking for a car in Texas instead. She was incredibly patient and supportive throughout the entire process. Once I had all my documents ready, I simply called Danielle, and she arranged for a truck to be there the SAME day. I couldn’t believe it was even possible! To top it all off, the driver delivered my Escalade from TX to NY within one day, without any issues. The entire experience was nothing short of amazing. I have used Yellow Fin three times for transport to and from Maine to California. Tianna has been fantastic each time, communicating promptly throughout the planning and pickup process. I had a great experience, working with Noah *********. He’s a great communicator, delivered just as promised, and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend that you absolutely do not take the lowest beds because they are garbage. I paid more, but it was well worth it and still very very reasonable. I gave them a two week window for pick up and delivery and they picked it up within two days. Five stars.Yellowfin Logistics, LLC
