I was offered a travel opportunity for air fare and many vacations for $360 It sounded like a great opportunity so I purchased it in April 2023.I needed to attend a presentation in *********, ** in order to claim the offer.I called later to let them know that I was going to be in ********* and wanted to book a presentation. I was told that I was too old (82years old) and didn't qualify so needed a refund.I didn't receive the refund and they reported to my credit card company that I refused the offer. Not so. They refused me. I tried calling and emailing them. No response

On 1/28/23 I purchased a $299 package ( Vacation ID: ********* from B2B Worldwide for 4 days and 3 nights in *********. We were told there would not be any presentation required but we would have to stop at the Travel Show to pick up our extra free benefits. We tried booking a trip in October and were told we would have to attend a timeshare presentation for 120 minutes and our 7 year old son was not allowed. I told the person that we were never told this and we do not have family/friends available to watch him. They said children are not allowed and we would not be able to bring him so we can't book the trip or we would have to pay full price. I was told to contact customer service to get a refund but the phone number went to voice mail every time I called and then the number was disconnected after a few weeks. The reservation number does not work as well now (disconnected) so there is no way to contact them to request a refund. I want by $299 refunded immediately. My next step is reporting this to the Attorney General of the ************** if a refund is not received.

We purchased this several months ago knowing we would not be able to take the trip for a while which they said was fine. We have been to ********* before and knew where we wanted to stay so we specifically asked about that resort and they said yes that they do book with them and it wouldn't be a problem. We were not asking for an expensive place, actually just the opposite. It took 6 days to finally get through to the booking people after leaving messages without a call back. The web site is down so we were unable to book online like we we told we could do during the initial sale. When we did get through we were told it would not be possible to stay where we wanted. We are giving the over 5 months advance notice. We have tried customer service and that phone line is not in service. When trying to book and We were unhappy they said they would have customer service call us. That hasn't happened. We feel like this is just a total scam and from the looks of it this will only get worse before it gets better. We want our money back!

We have researched this clients file, and we were able to speak to booking.  They have provided her several viable and good options for the dates she has chosen to travel including ************, Strat (Newley Renovated and near Resort World) and Orleans.

Unfortunately, no refund will be forth coming as she is well past her right to rescind and once again, viable options have been provided.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but if she will call booking again, they are happy to book her at any of the location listed above.

      Thank you!

I purchased a package solely for the bonuses upon completion of a sales presentation. One of the bonuses were supposed to be 2 - domestic round trip airline tickets and an additional 2 - domestic RT airline tickets. ******* assured me they were for major carriers and there were no black out dates, all I had to do was call the reservation department stated within the email. I did that, was told on a call back that another company handles the airline bookings and I was to wait for an email from a no-reply sender. I got one email and it was for the condo stay, so I called every number provided and got a guy in the sales department that said something and when I asked him to repeat it, he hung up. I called 5 times after that, and then got a recording that just said "good bye" and was disconnected. I think this is a total scam, the company doesn't actually exist, and it's all farmed out to "other" companies that handle different sections and you never can get to the right people to collect on the promised bonuses.

I believe this company's marketing tactics are fraudulent.  Their pitch offers RT airfare tickets for 2 and another RT airfare for 2 = without qualifications.  I asked questions - iss there any restriction from what airport you travel - response was no, I asked if there were blackout dates - response no, I asked if there ws a history of getting reservations if you booked months in advance, again - no.

However, when you get the certificate they have qualifications that "if" a promotion is no longer available, then an equivalent would be substituted - however, you don't know that until you try to book it, and you cant book it until you do the initial required presentation.  Then you can't get a refund because you took the trip.  It's a no win for the customer, and I want others to know that the offers are based on fraud, not fact.

They got my trip comped to them from the marketing company with whom I listened to the presentation. It didn't cost B2B a dime, Yet I had to pay $399 for a 3 night stay and fake promises.  They never have or had any intention of providing airline vouchers, because of their get out of jail free language on the certificate, and I want to get the ** State AG office involved and file a complaint.  ************ should not be in business with these business practices.

I want a refund for breach of promise or 4 RT airline vouchers as satisfaction.  Show me the BBB has any teeth is publicizing unfair business practices.

I already sent you a copy of the certificate. A no response is unacceptable, and they use the BBB grading to publicize their good business practices.  Stop them!

When trying to make reservations using this account, I was told that I could not because I did not have a major credit card, which was not mentioned in the initial call, have called and emailed several times never to get a response. This is despicable, I want my money back asap. Vacation ID #******** ib 06/02/2023

Please be aware that one of the attachments in this complaint had nothing to do with us or our company.

We have spoken to this client on many occasions.  I am attaching the terms of the package which clearly states that they must have a credit card.  This was fully disclosed from the day she received the confirmation email and we kindly give a recession period.  Had the client addressed this at that time we would be happy to refund her.  Otherwise, please follow the terms as listed.

We appreciate your time and consideration in this matter.  Thanks

      2) Married or co-habitating couples must attend the travel show together and have valid photo ID. An acceptable identification is a valid government issued state ID or drivers license, Military ID or Passport.
      3) Must attend full ***** minute travel show. All single Vacation Package customers must present a major credit card (Master *********** American Express or Discover) as a second form of identification.

I was sold a travel package for $360; nothing I was told about it was true, and I have been single, but now they say they won't allow it to be used by single men, I was always a single man.. they refuse to give refund and they refuse to allow me to use package

We advise all of our clients of the qualifications at the point of sale, and it is in writing in our terms and conditions.  If there was some confusion this should have been addressed at the point of sale or during the recession period, we offer all of our clients.  Did we receive anything pertaining to an inquiry or request for refund during recession period?  Please provide that information and we will get the refund processed.  Thanks

      Complaint: 20290808

I am rejecting this response because:

I had first tried to get refund immediately after getting package, they said I would get it, and then never provided it..  I then filed dispute with credit card, who they lied to and said they would not allow refund due to I had already used package, which was untrue...   now despite my past problems I tried to just use package despite my inablility to be sure about future dates, and when I made this attempt they came up with BRAND NEW reason to refuse use, and it is one I mention before about claiming it is not available to single men, this is new on their part, just another of several reasons to not allow me to use package or provide refund.. they do not even exist @ their business location, the address they give is a marijuana dispensary that never heard of them.. so this response from business is ongoing dishonesty, not valid answer.. it not matter what I do, they will not tell truth

      Sincerely,

      *************************

I Purchased a vacation package on January 21, 2021. I was sold the package by a woman who goes by ******** on the phone, but her actual name is ****. She no longer works there as you can see from the flyer I was promised a travel show of 45 to 60 minutes which was an informational video about ************** and 15 minutes for questions. It was not a sales presentation ************** does not have time shares. As you can see from the bottom of the flyer I had 60 months to take my Vegas trip which means I would have to take it by January 21 of 2026. I tried to schedule this trip months ago only to be told that they can no longer offer. The travel show. It is now a 90 minute sales presentation, that is not what I purchased its in writing that thats not what I purchased and I would not have purchased it had it been a 90 minute sales presentation? I have been trying to get a refund from them directly and now my credit card is trying. Im really sick of hearing. Oh this wasnt timely. Well how could it be timely when you sold it to me in the middle of Covid and Im only 2 1/2 years in to a total of five years to take it how was I supposed to know that when I called the terms would be changed this is wrong and I want them to quit fighting with my credit card and just issue me a refund

I purchased a vacation package for $415 and have yet to receive an email with any information regarding the package. My credit card was charged in September of 2022, and I have yet to receive anything from this company. I tried requesting a refund by email as directed, and still nothing. I have called about 15 times and continue to get the run around. I would like to know if this company is a complete scam, or if there are actually people who have received the services that were promised.
