    We are so disappointed with Magnum and will never recommend or do business with them again!!! After spending over ****** dollars on a subframe and a few other things it not only took months to receive but 1350 of that cost was shipping. After being notified by *** that they had shipped it out I was contacted and told that magnum force wasnt responding in regards to the payment for shipping and they would hold my parts for only ex amount of days before taking possession and auctioning my items. I then had to pay for the shipping again. *** has said in multiple emails shes trying to figure it out and to be patient, its almost 3 months later and I still have not been reimbursed. It shouldnt be that hard to figure out , just give me the money back that I payed you for shipping?

    Well, it seems the simplest of issues cause the most grief. Even when we have nothing to do with the issue. 

    The freight company, ********, charged us, picked up the shipment, held it at the border, then lied to the customer involved here, telling them they could not contact us. Total lie. Then wouldn't let him take his shipment because they were trying to get both of us to pay for it. Yup, double billing by the freight company. Now the customer is PO'd because he paid twice for the shipping. Makes sense, but we were also being charged. What a mess ARC Best created. 

    So now, we have just mailed him a check and will continue the fight on our end with ARC Best.

    Through what courier and what is the tracking number ? You sent parts ( that Im assuming should have been apart of the first shipment.) through *** on Dec 7 which I had to pay 70 more dollars to receive . There was no cheque included.

    I had purchased a item from magnum force inc. located in *********, ****** on July 25th 2023. I have included my bank statement and invoice from magnum force inc. showing where I paid for the item in full plus shipping on july 25th 2023 in the amount of $1,069.51, I called them on July 31st 2023 to inquire when the package I had purchased would be shipped and the person I spoke to ( her name was *** ) claimed she was out of the office and couldn't give me any information regarding when my item would ship. She said she would call me back when she got to the office and never returned my call that day, I called back the next day august 1st 2023 and they did not answer their phone and I left a voicemail asking them to call me back regarding the shipment of my item and if they couldn't tell me when my item was going to ship then I woul like to get a refund on my purchase for the full amount. They never returned my call, called again August 2nd ************************************************************************************************************************** refund of my item and they did not return my call and now I feel like they are avoiding me and giving me the run around after I've already paid for the item. I'd either like to receive the item which I have paid for or receive a full refund for the amount I paid. I ended up doing some research on reviews for the company and have found people have made multiple complaints regarding the company taking payment for items and never shipping them and not answering or returning calls regarding their order and ripping people off.

    When I spoke to him on Monday morning he said he wanted to cancel the order because he no longer needed the item. I have tried to contact him back and have received no answer. I attempted to call him again before responding here and still received no answer. I'm confused about him saying he wants the item after informing me that he no longer needed it and I have taken the actions necessary to cancel the order.

    I have seen no proof of you refunding my money you simply state you have taken actions, it has been well over a week since I spoke to you the one and only time you answered the phone and I want proof my money is being refunded because It has not been deposited in my bank account. So send proof of my money being refunded.

    The refund was not cancelled, and it still shows that it is pending on my account. I've attached a screen shot showing that it's still pending.
