Have been trying since May to get refund of $99.06. Many phone calls to customer service and it the same thing. Sent request to refund department should take 5-10 business days to receive refund in the fir of an electronic check. This has never happened yet. My lady call to customer service was on 7/29/24. Still no refund or any communication from any one. I have provided UPSP tracking number, when product was received at their warehouse everything that was requested. I even have a reference number they provided. This has been on going since May 20,2024. They have both the product back and still have my money. Very upset with this companyBioHeal CBD

Bought it because infomercial featured Dr. Oz and healing of B/P and Diabetes! What I received was just CBD! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I called them as soon as received package and returned it immediately. Featured a “ money back guarantee “ but I cannot get my refund. I initially thought I was ordering a product from Dr. Oz and ended up on your company. I ordered what I thought was going to be three bottles and no more until I got to try your product. Shortly after ordering I became ill and was in and out of the hospital for the last month. When I got home a little over a week ago I found two packages from your company. I also received a call from the credit card fraud department of BOA wanting to confirm a new charge from your company being a third charge. When the situation was explained to BOA they put a freeze on my card. Yesterday (5/30/2024) I went to the post office returning your packages (unopened) with refused put on the bags by the Post Office. Today I called your company to talk to a customer service person cancelling future orders and advising a hold has been put on the CC by BOA and requesting a full refund on the two packages returned. Your associate put me on hold at which time I was informed by BOA that another charge was attempted on my CC by your company attempting to change your name and trying to charge my account for $197.00 that was again blocked by the bank and will continue to watch my account from any further attempted charges using your name or any other name. If we cannot solve this issue I will be contacting the Fraud Division of the Attorney Generals Office in Nevada and Arizona. Thank you. BUYER BEWARE! This charge comes up as 4Gummy on the credit card statement. No phone number to cancel. I returned the package unopened and wrote CANCEL on the package. When I received the next package, I googled the name on the package and was able to get ahold of customer service who informed me that I would not receive credit for the returned package due to not getting an RMA #. Even though my name is on the package that was returned, they would not give me credit. As I was trying to get an RMA # for this new package, I was offered to keep them in return for a $50 credit. She tried to trick me into this several times. I said no, I want the full refund for both! I have since disputed these charges with the credit card company.BioHeal CBD
