      My petition and documents have been sitting with Rapidvisa for more than 2 weeks supposedly waiting to be reviewed by an attorney before it can be mailed. It's unacceptable to have to pay almost $1,000 for a service and they're operating like it's free. Over 2 weeks waiting just to be reviewed is a waste of time. I've asked them to send back my documents and refund me. They have sent me a tracking number showing they have mailed my documents back to me but issuing my refund seems to be an issue. I've called and emailed several times regarding it and no one is getting back to me and I have not received a refund.

      I paid for serivces from this company back in Feburary 2021 to aid me in the process of applying for a fiance visa for my partner and myself. My partner lives in Colombia and I live in ******* GA. The reason I enlisted the services of this organization was to make this process a smooth and stress free experience however it's been quite the contrary. Because of my being misinformed on numerous occcasions upon calling to customer service this process filling out the paperwork took approx. 5 month until July 2021. Once all the necessary paperwork was filled out I sent it them to review and them to forward to Immigration. Somone from RapidVisa called me and said my paperwork was incorrect due to another instance where I was misinformed. We exchanged unpleasant words and the last thing I told him was to send my packet to immigration. Out of spite my packet was never sent to immigration it alledgedly was mailed to my old address and it contained a $560 money order for the Immigration dept.

We do apologize for the confusion regarding the shipment of the application. The address on file was not updated before shipment, nor did we receive an update to your address. Would you please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with? I already contacted the Post Office and there is nothing they can do on this matter. RapidVisa need to take accountability and repsonbility for this. It is your responsibility as I requested for my documents to be reviewed by your organzation of which was included in the services I paid for. My documents should have been sent to the United States Immigration offices after your review. Your organziation failed to do that and your employee is accountable for intentionally mailing those documents back to an address I moved from. I'm requesting a refund for the services I paid for of which I did not get properly. This experience with RapidVisa has caused a tremendous amount of stress for both my fiance and I. I'm requesting a refund for the lost money order that was included in the documents I sent to you for your review. If your organziation does not cooperate and provide me with a refund for both things then I will have my Attorney file a lawsuit against RapidVisa and litigate this matter in court. It is in your best interest to cooperate as it will cost your organization more in legal fees for your defense than to settle and provide me with a refund. My situation and experience with your organziation should be known to the pubic to further prevent this type of predatory behavior on customers and their emotions. For your organization to nonchalanty respond to this complaint filed at the BBB by stating that I should contact the post office, speaks in volumes as to the lack of accountability,professionalism, and proactiviness on finding a resolve. Your organziation would rather shift the blame or divert the attention to something else instead of taking responsbility for your employee intentional actions.       I applied for a fiancee visa processing assistance back in May to Review Documents needed. Before purchasing their service i asked them if i will still Qualify to File the Petition because im close to the 2 yr Window of seeing each other. They said Yes. I chose the Payment plan that Deducts $225 Every Month. But then whenever they review my documents always different people responding on the Website Mail. Also when i asked about my Deadline one of them said "its not Guaranteed that uscis will Accept it" so nobody informed me about this & they keep Charging me. I asked for a Refund but they Denied it & said i can use the Service in the future. Now i asked my bank for a dispute they did but then few weeks later they filed for a reversal. So now my balance on my checking went down to Negative. Worst part is when i tried logging in my account on them it wont let me anymore. So My money is gone & i have to pay overdraft fees for the Service that has not been completed. Horrible Service.

Our team was ready to receive the application before the 2-year requirement lapsed; however, we failed to receive it. We are more than happy to continue working on your application once the default payments have been paid.
