      28 April 2025 on ******** it says you can get your concealed carry for multiple states strickly on line in about an hour. After spending about 45 min they take your credit card info and charge $109 then afterwards it come back with a page that says Lousiana requires live fire and that will be another $100 and it is 5 hours each way away so that would be a couple days more tied up. I called to cancel the order and was told I needed to take another 8 hours on line class on line and could get the live fire at a range in ********** but have to pay the range for this. **** said they could only refund $15 because it says in the terms and agreements that all sales are final. I think this place should be shut down or at least be made to make all charges availale at the beginning instead of being allowed to scam you out of more and more money

      online, i was offered a "concealed carry" permit for 7.00, and so i clicked on the "pay" button..then i discovered, that i was charged for ****** on my credit card, not the 7.00 they advertised.this is fraud, pure and simple. the "agent" on the phone, said, because i have an oregon address, that ***** was refundable, and ***** is not.i demand that i be refunded the entire amount of ******.

       We provide you with quality training that is necessary for your Concealed Weapons permits based on your state, but we can not offer you a permit. To obtain your concealed weapon permit you have to go through your state and provide the necessary documents.       I am rejecting this response because this was fraud. there was no provision to read any policy on refunds or anything else. one second im paying 7.00 for a certificate, the next im charged ****** after pressing the "pay" button for 7.00. .the company is warned that i will file multiple formal complaints to get my full refund.  that includes but is not limited to the **** ***, CFPB, ATTORNEYS GENERAL of both ******, and ******, and the *** INTERNET FRAUD DIVISION.

      Im a disabled veteran, cannot afford being scammed for my benefit money. i believe the litany of complaints garnered on their BBB file, speaks volumes as to what class or "organization" Concealed Coalition is.

      Wed like to clarify that we do not offer Oregon online training and certificates for $7 anywhere on our website. All pricing and course details are listed transparently during the checkout process.

      Additionally, our refund policyavailable on our websitestates:

      For online trainings: the course you purchased is an online course and is delivered upon purchase. Since you will have already received our education via our online portal, we will be unable to refund you for any online order. All other refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

      False advertising. They offered a free online concealed weapons permit by just asking a few questions. After the questions they ask for $89.00. I decided to pay but after the online payment went through, they said I have to schedule a shooting/ qualification class with one of their listed sites. I tried to call their number ************ but they won't answer the phone. They make you leave a message and don't return your call. I want my money back.

      basically i signed up to get my concealed carry and i went to buy my concealed carry license from the *** the website made it seem like thats what i was doing so i proceeded and they signed me up for a random class that i do not need to take and ordered me stuff which was not what i needed i called and tried to get my money back and because i was 23 miles away they said they had a no refund policy that i was not aware of and they took 189 dollars from me and i tried to get a refund and the lady said i cant get my money back but i can send the stuff back and basically get 60 bucks or a 100 dollar e gift card for ************** which i did the gift card but i ultimatley wanted my money back i still do the gift card isnt even like a **** its for places of their choosing and i still cannot even buy food unless its from select resturants this was extremely frustrating and they still basically made *************************************************** im extremely displeased with this and i feel like they cant just do that like because of my location i dont get a refund like nah gimme my money back

      I was on ******** and watching reels videos. A video came up saying watch a video, answe ten questions and get your canceled hand gun permit. I answered some background questions, watched the video and answered the ten questions. I got 10 out of 10, (100%). Then it went to the payment part which I've paid them $162.00. The video said I'd have ** license in a week. I contacted the email because that's all I had and they responded with a phone number. I called and spoke with a male saying I had to take a six hour online course, then call them back to get a appointment for in-class and range . Then if I pass I go to dps in ***** and get fingerprints done, The man said I'd have it in three to four months after Texas dps fingerprints. I asked for a refund because that's not what the video said. I told the man it was all online, no in-person. He said I can't get a refund because I singed a disclosure that I understand I can't get a refund, which I never read and I have a year to complete the training online and in-person or give it to a fami** member. I just hung up and contacted you guys. They pulled a total scam.

I have three of the many videos on my phone but can't put it on here so you the BBB can see them. I did what video said and told to pay $162.00 and you'll get your license in the mail within a week.  They are scamming people with these videos on ******** reels.

      I reached out to Concealed Coalitions customer service department and explained that the purchase was a mistake. Despite not having accessed the product and making a request for a full refund, the company only issued a partial refund and refused to issue the full amount. Their explanation cited company no refund policy. First of all, the companys no refund policy does not appear to be clearly communicated at the time of purchase, especially in cases where the product has not been accessed. This lack of transparency can lead to confusion and unfair treatment of consumers. The company does not appear to have a clear policy or exception in place for accidental purchases, which is a common practice for businesses that want to protect consumers in such cases. The refusal to offer a full refund, especially when no product or service has been accessed, seems to be inconsistent with consumer protection standards that encourage fair treatment. Issuing only a partial refund without a reasonable explanation is concerning. Consumers have the right to request a full refund when the purchase was made in error, particularly if the product or service I purchased was never used. A partial refund may be viewed as an unfair business practice that undermines consumer rights. Consumers are protected under the cooling-off rule, which allows for a full refund if the purchase is made under certain conditions (such as online purchases). While not all products are covered by this rule, the fact that the product was never accessed indicate a need for greater flexibility in the companys refund practices. Concealed Coalitions refusal to fully refund the mistaken purchase shows a lack of consumer-focused policies. The uploaded photos below show no indications of no refunds. My Screenshots shows that the no refund policy or terms and conditions were not made clear and misleading during checkout or before purchase.

      However, as stated on our website, "At Concealed Coalition, we understand that life happens all around us, and many times it is out of our control. For our in-person trainings, we will do our best to accommodate you by rescheduling your training. Unfortunately, due to high demand, preparation costs, and limited seating, if you call to reschedule between 24 72 hours before the day of your class, you will be charged a $35 rescheduling fee. If you do not notify us prior to 24 hours, do not show up, or miss your elected class, it is not refundable, and you will have to pay full price to attend the class.

      For online training, the course you purchased is an online course that is delivered upon purchase. Since you have already received the education via our online portal, we are unable to issue a refund for this online order. All other refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis."

      As such, we are unable to refund the class or the online training certificate you received once your purchase was made. You have paid for the class itself, and you are welcome to schedule your in-person Live Fire session at your convenience within one year of your purchase.

      I went on the companies website (via pop up) on 03/06/25 to purchase white I believed was a concealed carry permit for multiple states. The payment I saw prior to hitting submit for the payment was $57.89. When I look at my credit card statement I was charged $227.56 and another $***** for a holster I did not request. I called the company and spoke to a representative on03/07/25 and was advised they do not issue refunds. My request was made less than 24 hours of purchase, and I have not received any services from this company. I was not given a legitimate reason they could not provide a refund other than they don't do that. Unacceptable and they are cheating Veterans out of their money.       The website has you watch a video and take a quiz then once you pass a page opens up to purchase a certificate for concealed safety course you just took. But the company automatically starts calling once you get to that page. They kept cutting me off and then offered more of a discount once I tried to get off the phone and then tried to get me to sign up for a monthly membership that I declined. The first **** then completed the payment, with my extreme anxiety they finished submitting the payment and transfered me to scheduling to get a certificate the **** that answered didn't even know why I was on the line red flag. The payment already cleared my account, The company called from a walla walla WA phone number, which Im in ********** but the company is based in ************. Another redflag after I already was scammed into payment Information. This is a sketchy misleading company and the certificate states this course is not approved by the *** but then has a pre signature from an *** instructor. I would like a full refund. I am going to dispute this with my bank as well

In my state I can get this for free, which I now know, you had your call center mass call my phone before I could do anything after submitting the "quiz" this is poor business on your part. To knowingly pounce and try to get. A payment and offer "extra" discount if we pay over the phone. It's very misleading and I don't appreciate that I was hounded by calls voicemail left the immediately called again until I answered. It was overwhelming. I feel your website was misleading and you have poor business standards. And tricked me also trying I get me to sign up for a monthly membership. I would like a full refund

      Ordered hardcopy certificate on *****. 2025 for an additional $14.00 to be received via physical mail. Phoned company twice, last request for certificate update 02.12.25, customer service representative told me certificate was sent 02.04.25 and to continue to wait until 02.14.25. I informed representative the certificate should not take more ten days to receive and I requested monies to be credited back to my credit card, I was advised to "wait on it." Company has no intentions to mail the certificate. Each time you contact customer service you receive the same response, it's been mail, wait on it. Company is misleading customers with hard copy shipping offer. My husband ordered the hard copy certificate and he never received the hard copy either. This company is up selling customers and not providing the product.

      Scheduled a Ladies Only Concealed to Carry training for myself and my daughter. About a few days to a week, I was emailed and advised that I needed to take another class prior to that one. It was not mentioned in the add, otherwise, I wouldnt have paid in advance, I would have paid for the other class. I requested a refund and was told that I could not be refunded, I had an allotted time to take the course. I want my money back. I do not think they should keep my money for services I did not received.

To my knowledge, that was the purpose of the class. I want a refund because I had to set aside a specific date to have this training with my daughter, and now scheduling is limited for both of us.
