            On 4/13/2024, a payment was made on my account in the amount of ******. However, I was unaware at that time I only owed ******, due to me paying increased payment amounts. For my April car payment. On 5/13/2024, my bank issued a credit of ****** and I made my ***** payment of ****** on May 15,2025. However, consumer portfolio adjusted the entire amount of ****** . I have spoken to several people supplied supporting documentation and no one from your company has resolved this issue. I continue to receive at least 6 calls per day asking me to pay an outstanding amount of ****** that I do not owe. My only concern is if you could have someone in your accounting department please resolve my issue immediately as Im less than ***** away from paying off a car.

            Apparently the standard for this company is to make paying the entire and final amount as difficult and costly as possible. Difficult and in some cases impossible to reach an English speaking representative. The clear company policy is to give incorrect pay-off information and then once payment it made wait a month to spring up with extra charges because the actual pay-off is “late”. Even after double and triple checking, they will misdirect you so that they can capture fraudulently that extra 300-600 dollars in fees and interest.
