*Rebates take 12 weeks as they require multiple steps including fraud prevention, verification, and third-party Visa Card Issuance and mailing.
*All rebate forms must be mailed using USPS and received no later than 12 weeks after the date your order was shipped.
*Your card will expire 12 months from the date of issuance. The valid through dates appear on the front of the card.
