      Credit One Bank has been reporting derogatory remarks on my credit report. The company has sold my debt to another collection company but they keep reporting to my credit report. That's illegal and it's a direct violation of my consumer law right. I would like Credit One to be removed from my credit report. The **** (1681s2) prohibits reporting inaccurate or misleading information. Courts have ruled that double reporting may violate the law. I ask the BBB to investigate this matter.

      Credit one bank has called me over 15 times today alone for a $24 balance that is past due by less than a month

      On March 26th I paid $125 credit card bill to Credit One. I only owe $30 and they blocked me and said they wanted to verify my identity. Ihave sent them in multiple verifications of identity including a state ID my Social Security card, my phone bill my rental lease agreement and they continue to not let me have to the funds that are mine I do not know what else to do. I have tried calling and talking to everybody. I cant get no help.

      In December 2024,Credit one bank made the decision to close my credit account I have with them and also report the account to all three ********************** bureaus. Since Dec. 2024 through present, the company reported missed payments on the account to the ********************** bureaus. This was effecting my credit score as well from December through present. Also, credit one bank charged late fees on the account as well. I agreed in December 2024 with the company via telephone I would like to take a settlement offer/amount and will pay that amount off. The due date was 2/28/25. From December2024-February 28, 2025 I have made payments. I made my last/final l payment on 2/28/25.

      I am rejecting this response because: credit one, refuse to acknowledge and take accountability for their wrong doings. The company completely disregarded my concerns and did not agree to correct their wrongs. Also I was NEVER told by the company in writing or verbally before, during, and or after I agreed to the settlement offer that I will be charged late fees or any fees on a closed account. The company did not address the false claims and reports made to my credit report account  December 2024- February 2025. Credit one did not acknowledge re-opening my account twice and still reporting inaccurate information. In addition to sending me a FALSE agreement letter that I NEVER agreed to.

      Heres proof of my credit report. Its showing the reports  made by credit one bank  to the credit bureaus in regards to my account with them. In addition to proof, that credit one bank is still actively charging my closed credit card account with them.

      I am rejecting this response because: credit one bank STILL refuses to acknowledge and take accountability for their wrongful actions, in addition to now making FALSE statements. I would now Credit One Bank to send copies of each  documents that I agreed to that was in- referenced to their statements that was made. Also, I sent attachments of proof to the false reports that credit one bank sent to ALL three credit agencies.

      CreditOne bank, a bank with who I never had a commercial or any other type of relationship continues to report to credit agencies about me being an "authorized user" of a ********************** card which is above its credit limit and this is negatively affecting my credit score and causing issues with my finances.( unauthorized transactions)I have received letters from other banks (BOA)downsizing my credit limits because of this issue with CreditOne Bank.The above named bank refunded my claim.

By law if I don't want contact from your company you have to stop contacting me regardless of whether or not I have an account with you... All your company is doing is trying to sell me a credit card... Since I never had nor wanted to have your credit card I find your tactics to be predatory... You need to stop all contact with me.

      I have previously sent a complaint about Credit One prior to this complaint. This bank is charging me fees for things like cash advance fees and also purchase fees. I have not made any purchases on both cards in months. I have been trying to pay the balances off and have not used either cards in a while. I am constantly charged fees for transactions that have not been made. This bank is definitely an example of how credit card companies try to keep you bonded by fees. The real kicker is if I stop paying anything and tell them to add this to my credit score without a care in the world. I'm almost to that point. This bank needs to be investigated on several things that they are putting on consumers.

      I barely use my Credit One Bank Credit cards. I have been trying to pay my balance down. Each month I make payments to both accounts. I never see the credits adding to my total balance. I have also noticed that my balance never goes down unless I make a large payment amount. I am also being charged a annual fee every moth. I was under the impression annual meant once a year. This month after my payment was made I noticed a return fee of $29.00. I checked my bank account that reflected the payment went though and posted to my checking account. I am being charged fees that are not correct, and again I do not see any of my payments applying to my balance. I can not understand why I have more payments then usage but no credit?

      I used the wrong account number 1 time to make a payment. I understood a charge incurred with this. I have not used these cards in months but I have been making payments. Where are the payments going? You have my full permission to look at my account. Please look at the last dates I made charges and compare those to the payments. They do not add up.

      Signed up for and got approved for a credit card through Credit One Bank in January. February I paid their $75 annual fee. April I attempted to use the card and it's declined. Called Credit One and got told the account is closed even though I was able to login the night before and see I had an available line of credit. They take your money for an annual fee then never let you use the card and close the account. This company has scammed me out of $75 and told me if I wanted a card with them I'd have to reapply and pay the fee again.
