      At this point credit one has very poor customer service they will not let you talk to upper managers credit one has no communication please don't get a credit card with credit one

      I deposited 200$ to get a card that I can build credit with been waiting 2 wks my application was approved hooprfimy card arrives soon because I honestly feel like I'm getting fucked

      Customer service is horrible. Communication with telephone operators is horrible Issues with business app, and attempt to go paperless has gone unresolved over a year. Supervisors and telephone operators UNABLE to resolve issues... borderline incompetent.

      THEY DESERVE A NO STAR RATING They are a scam! Credit one bank credit is a rip off. I got the card in December of 2023. They charged me $150.00 annual fee. I paid it. Then I got charged another annual fee in January. I paid it. So all of a sudden they shut my card off for a fraudulent payment. I wasn’t showing any fraudulent payment from my bank. I called they said to get a letter from my bank stating no fraud. I talked to bank and they couldn’t give me a letter bc no fraud was reported. So I called credit one back and told them they bank said no and they told me to upload my bank statements. The next Monday I tried to upload my bank statement and my account was closed so I couldn’t. Then I call and they tell me that my account is closed and there was nothing I could do. I told them I still had $100 balance and they said no. Then I told him I was recording the conversation and he said he would hang up then. So they closed my credit card made my score go down 30 points and now I owe $100 on my report that they are telling me I can’t pay off.

      Terrible customer service will close account after you made a payment! Will make up lies of alleged conversations about account changes. Fraudulent business practices

      If I could give 0 stars I would. I received my card on a Saturday and by Wednesday, a hold was placed on my account for attempting to make a payment. They requested a “bank verification letter” which was uploaded with the exact information they requested. It has been two weeks since this document was provided and they say they can not remove the hold on my account. This company is an absolute joke and obviously want to just get your money and not allow you to use the card.

      I’ve had a Credit One credit card for about 2 years. After ata year my credit limit was increased. It started going downhill after that. They restricted my account after accepting two payments that month due to possible fraud. A representative advised too many payments were made in 30 days. I had to provide my bank transactions to “PROVE” payments were made by me. FYI: Payments always made from same bank account. Recently my debit card was compromised resulting in a returned payment. I made a payment within a week once new card information was received. Payment was accepted & processed then Credit one closed my account (same day payment processed). I was told due to returned payment. HORRIBLE company. Be cautious!!!

      I owe them 63$ that is late but they have called from different numbers from all over the country 15 times in a day.cant leave less than a zero rating.

      I was approved for a credit card. They sent me the card. I activated it. Made the online account. Well there was a block out on it. I called them an they told me that I needed to verify my identity. So I sent them everything they needed. Remind you I ended up sending them 13 different identity verifications. Everytime I called them they would have a excuse about one of the forms I sent. I would resend and then it would be another excuse. I have every case number for each document. I even spent money doing a change of address on my license because I just moved and it didn't match my mailing address. I even made two payments towards the yearly cost they charge. They took my money and still would not release the hold. This went on for 2 months. So I called today and they said Sir im sorry but we aren't going to be able to go any further and you won't be able to use this card or account???????? Really now after all this Identity verification forms I've sent and money I get denied. So the basically to me stole my identity. Now instead of the little 300 dollar credit limit. I pay them instead. Is this a lawsuit? I believe so? Can someone reply on what I should do?

      Their customer service supervisor was very insulting when I spoke to them, I was trying to find out the timing for a credit refund to be posted for a refund that had already been received by them, instead I was given a math lesson like I can't do basic arithmetic, after 20 minutes of me interrupting and explaining that I don't need help with the math and her going right back to the math lesson, I just gave up on getting an actual answer to my question. DO BETTER AND DON'T BE SO INSULTING TO YOUR CARD HOLDERS
