(more info in attached documents)$535.73 were fraudulently charged on my account. This was about a week after the card was shipped to me, but I never received it or activated it from my phone. Credit One claims that the card was delivered and activated from a phone number associated with my account (on November 10th ~11:35am), but I provided the entire call logs of November from my carrier (and screenshots from my phone app that correlate with the logs) that definitively disprove their claim. They never addressed this evidence in their subsequent denial. I received a credit card from Credit One Bank, I also have an additional card with this company that I have had and used for years. However, this particular card was received, but never Activated or used. I now have a past due amount of $69.00.This is a form of fraud; that Im being charged for something that has never been acknowledged. I have an excellent credit and payment history with the card that I use and pay. **************** has refused to listen or correct this, the supervisor continues to try and explain the charges. But this is nonsense on something never authorized, acknowledged, or accepted.Customer Answer

I opened up a credit one bank **************** card I was making payments with my debit card that was on file but it was charging $4 or $5 a time so I asked if there was a automatic phone line I could call into and not speak to a live person they said no but put your bank account your profile.so I did .my credit card balance was only $27.00 and I received a letter in the mail stating they closed out my card due to the credit card payment not going through. I called and asked why because I have enough in the bank, I read the bank number off as I put it on file. So they closed my credit one bank card and sent it to experian my score went from 704 to 628 for no reason. Its fraud. I called ***** at my bank regions and the numbers to my account were correct. Credit One Bank has made a mess out of my Good credit. I Had the ************ account information on file and my debit card. I called after they denied my debit card and bank account number, please get to the bottom of this because they have no right to close out my account, and take over 60 points from my credit score and send the card to experian when I had my card and account on file and tried to make payments several times.

I am rejecting this response because:I paid with my debit card on file on December 8th ***** made no guarantee that my Credit Score with Experian would go back to 704 and that is where I want it to return.That is the same credit card they denied twice. And you can call ***** at ************ and he will tell you that there is absolutely no reason that would have bounced back.I never saw it pending in an email or on my phone text message that alerts me from my bank account. But it cleared asap on my end and ****'s just like the other ones I did prior on the phone that they took from my account.I paid the account off and closed the account.She removed the late charge because I told her that money was always in my account. It's just a fraud situation on their part and I can't let it go how they did me.I tried paying it before it went through all this with plenty of funds and correct bank account number and debit card on file the whole time.This is a fraud company.

Received an offer in the mail for another card. It said 0 annual fee. I accepted and noticed once account was active on app, it was a 90 dollar annual fee. So I called to cancel. I have a second account that coincidentally had a new year with an annual fee as well. Before the bill was due, I cancelled that card as well because of annual fee. I haven't missed any payments and had 0 transactions the past 5 months or so. So no balance besides the sneaky annual fee. Both accounts closed. The new account seems to have closed just fine. The original account I am now getting calls from credit one to pay my balance, which was the annual fee, plus late fees from annual fee. They say they cannot waive annual fee but waived it for the new account once I cancelled. Or did they? Idk maybe in a month I'll get call about that one too to try and steal money from me. I was told over the phone everything was cancelled and thought we were squared away. Apparently not. I will not pay an annual fee for a product I am not using and have cancelled within the 30 days of annual fee coming up. I won't allow this company to steal from me which is what this is. On November 24, 2023, I received my card in the mail. I called Credit One bank to activate my card. I was instructed to supply documents to verify my address and income. I spoke with a manager that evening and I asked the manager if it would be fine to supply documents in place of the documents that were initially requested due to my circumstance. In which, I supplied my State ID instead of my drivers license, bank statement in place of a W2 because I do not have these items, and also a letter explaining why the address on my ID differs from my home address. The manager I spoke with on Friday evening of November 24, 2023 approved of these documents being submitted. The manager instructed me to submit these documents and call back to have these documents pushed through. I called back shortly after submitting the documents. Each person I spoke to since this day has told me something different. I have been told my documents will reviewed in **** business days, 3-5 business days, ***** hours, ***** hours, so on and so forth. Today 11/29/2023, a person from fraud department told me that my one of my documents could no longer be accepted, although I was just told 5 days ago that all of my documents would be acceptable. .Business Response

I obtained a credit card through Credit One bank ****** 2022. It was a card with a Zero annual fee. I received my first bill in August 2022 with a $95 annual fee. I did make a purchase of $54.54 total. I then closed the credit card in October 2022 because of the annual fee. I did make a payment of $54.54 but would not pay the $95 annual fee or reoccuring late fees. I am now receiving letters from various collection agencies. The latest; ********************* LLC; indicates that I now owe $396.09. I have called, written letters with no response. I feel that I have been deceived by misleading sales tactics.Customer Answer

they did not tell me it was going to be a 75 dollar annual fee or that it was going to cost **** to select a color style on the card and they also loved my caed when it had free credit when I was trying to use it I had to call and get a terrible IVR got a person they said I had to wait 10 to 15 mins before it could be usedBusiness Response

I have had a card with credit one since March of 2023. I am in a financial hardship i had a payment on 11/23 i had to miss due to insufficient funds. I had put in a complaint with my bank about the issue i am having. Yesterday i received a text about a past due balance. I have been in a stressful situation this has been overwhelming i am on a fixed income and i am barely making it. I had a credit refund issued to an incorrect credit card. The credit card that it was issued to had a credit limit of only $500....therefore, not allowing me to utilize my money. After contacting credit one, I requested a check be sent to me for my credit refund. This was generated on 10/28/2023. I was notified then that it would take **** business days to receive my check. Since then, they have posted and refunded my credit refund check multiple times, without actually sending me the money. Which then, restarts the **** business days everytime. Currently, the last transaction was 11/17, and a check has still not been issued, there is no check number to give, and they continue to tell me to wait 5-7 business days for an update. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! The way they have made my statement to look, looks like they have sent it to me, but i have not received a DIME!!!! They are stealing from me!Customer Answer

I have paid my cards off with this company and its showing on my credit report i owe them 10 dollars which is false.I over payed them and had to file a complaint here to get my money back after they sent me a check that bounced. They said they took what was owed on the cards out of the refund check that was sent to me. I don't remember the date this happened.Business Response
