      I have been with credit one since March 2020 I have had problems and hardship. My account has never been suspended or closed. I have never had a credit line increase. They say one thing a do another. They have difficult operators that do not understand your situation and do not understand anything you try to explain. I have been ill and I am so sick been in ICU on a ventilator no compassion

      I have had this credit card for about 1.5 years. I would be 1 day late and they would charge a late fee and an interest rate- therefore eating up my payment! I hate this card & company! I had a card 10 years ago and felt the same way! This company is a fraud! I paid for the credit protection program. I am on FMLA disability. They promised to bring my account current plus make my minimum payment for 6 months and my balance look exactly the Same as 6 months ago. Their reply,” we charge an interest fee of $29 for purchases as long as you have a balance” Mind you - I voluntarily ask them to close my account and I have not made a purchase in 6 months. They lied and pretend that they are making a payment- in actuality they are taking it back with the interest fee. Liars & Fraud! I hate this card & company!

      Closed my account for making my payments and would not help when called told me there was nothing they could do even after I was continuing to pay my payments on time

      Please dont be afraid to stand your ground with them. Research your rights, contact an attorney. Do NOT pay any money you don't believe you owe until you are positive. I had numerous payments go through and had to fight with CS because they claimed it was returned. I was offered a balance reduction. I met the payment requirements. The next month they are hassling me for a payment. I answer a call, and tell them to leave me alone my balance should be 0. First woman told me too bad you owe this. She transferred me to a man who told me "Your payment was diverted to your balance, not the reduction so you didnt meet the requirements" after 15 minutes of arguing and being told im out luck, as soon as i say the word "lawyer" im transferred to a supervisor. She tells me my payment would've met the requirements, but it was returned not posted. Once i told her i would be happy to have my attorney send over my bank statement, suddenly she was wrong and it was fixed. Know your rights and stand your ground!

      Coming off a bankruptcy, someone recommended getting a card through this company to try and rebuild my credit. I recommend NOT doing that. I had trouble with my bank not clearing the funds for my payments and Credit One didn’t communicate that it was doing that at all. I had no idea. I thought my payments were going through. They also never communicated to me that my account was in danger of being shut down. I called today and they said that it was permanently closed and not eligible for reinstatement. At no point did they inform me they did that either. It’s paid off in full, $0 balance, and the app still shows it as being active. They just conveniently decided not to tell me that those statuses showing were incorrect. Do not trust this company.

      Never again! It’s to the point they’re harassing me by calling me early in the morning , about three times a day!!! I even blocked their number & all the do is keep calling from different numbers, it’s becoming so stressful to where they’re calling my daughter phone back to back

      My name is Jacquelin d. I received my credit one card on April 26,2025 I have tried use my card 3 times my card was declined 3 times I called customer service 3 times keep saying fraud alert 3 times I said it's my using my card I can't use the card I ask them change my phone number they did still fraud alert now.credit one asking for light bills ,or lease I never heard of this I've spoken to supervisor, manager, that's only the can prove I live at this address I explained the light bill is in somebody else name oh and upload the person I'd that light bill name it's in . how do they sound using somebody else I'd to verify my address I never heard a credit card company do that credit one have a block on my card because I won't give them somebody else Id or the lease it's not right I've been customer service all day I need some help with this credit one company.

      Stay away from this credit card company/bank!!! They will try to scam you in every way for fees! They keep returning my payment telling me my new account has insufficient funds(which has never had insufficient funds at any time) refused to call my bank with me on the line so I can prove They're full of crap! They continue to charge me late fees and return fees over and over on a card that's barely used and I was just trying to pay off!!! And don't even bother trying to call a dang customer service person worth while! If you're lucky enough to find a number that will actually take you to a human be prepared to just listen to them bull crap you around and not really try to help fix the issue. Funny how every other payment and credit card I pay was taken from the same exact account with no issues lmfao don't waste your time They're scammers

      GENDER BASED DISCRIMINATION ALERT! CreditOne utilizes an overseas company dominated by male foreingers who consistently hang up on callers, act abusive and provide zero support. Usually you have to get to a manager to get anything done as a woman, and I think someone should sue them for this. I know I'd be more than happy to join a class action lawsuit over their unethical and illegal bias and approach to business.

      I am currently under contract to purchase a home, so this is extremely concerning for me. When I contacted Credit One to explain the situation, they only offered an apology for the inconvenience and informed me that I would need to dispute the charge, which will take 30 business days to resolve. Their customer service was rude, incompetent, and disrespectful throughout the interaction. It feels as though they are damaging my credit and identity without any regard for the consequences. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, they do not have any records of my on the file but they went ahead and reported on my credit and I believe it needs to be addressed.
