      I'm sorry to share my experience regarding my recent appointment. Dr. Patel was great, but unfortunately, there was an issue with the insurance pre-authorization process. The staff member responsible seemed unsure about submitting the necessary paperwork. Despite Medicaid's coverage guidelines and confirmation from HPN, they insisted I pay $5,000 upfront for implants instead of following the proper procedure. As a result, my appointment was unproductive and frustrating.

      SCAMMERS! This is worst dental experience I've ever had. On my first visit they told me I needed several fillings, but they really covered by my insurance. They provided me a printout to show my insurance would cover everything. I had 4 separate appointments. I late received a bill and my insurance stated the first dentist they sent me to was not covered under my insurance. Why would a dental office allow a provider to perform services not covered under my insurance after telling me everything was covered? I've called the office and asked to speak with the office manager several times. Now that Bill is $500 more and they're stating because my insurance didn't cover the services. They are scammers!

      Absolute Dental Will milk every dollar of your insurance before they address the problem you came in with. Also, I went in for dentures and they have ruined my gums. Horrible.

      Don't go to Absolute Dental! They have misleading advertising claiming they offer a teeth cleaning for $70. They will gladly take your $70 at the door but you will also receive a $45 dollar bill a few weeks later. Their work is nothing special either. Take your dental needs elsewhere, this is not how you conduct business, you need to be upfront about pricing. The money is whatever, it is the principal of getting double billed after the fact all the while you advertise a price all over your website.

      They r disorganized. They will lie about scheduling. One dentist ghosted. They do not always answer the phone. I have been to four different offices: Charleston, Decatur x2, and Blue Diamond. I have had to formally complain with my insurance company before they treated me at least professionally. I have one more appointment with them n I will never ever work with them again. Plus never ever is too soon. I would not recommend them to a cobra. No wonder they do not belong to the BBB cause they give rachet, non professional and snake dung service. My point avoid them. I didn't know any better. I would not recommend them to the devil

      This place is terrible they told me I needed to get three more crowns on my teeth and root canal ?? which is gonna cost me well over 3,000 and that’s including my benefits and my dental benefits are gonna run out soon as well. This is shameful the women told me you shouldn’t skip out on your treatment acting like she’s my friend heck no your not paying this stuff I am this business is terrible. And nobody is talking about it. They know that you don’t have the money so they are quick to put on credit card payments. I’m not gonna let you guys mess up my credit I got other stuff to pay for. We are in a bad recession right now we all other expensive stuff to pay for. Extremely high dental bills should not be one of them. Do not waste your money on this place they are scamming people out of their hard earned money.

      I had an appointment for tomorrow morning and they called an said I was cancelled for not answering my phone to confirm…I didn’t answer because Iam in a lot of pain an in bed so I don’t feel that way as right I fee like they pick an choose who they want to see an the fact that I have Medicaid is a reason so now I don’t know what to do n I am in lot of pain I don’t recommend them at all

      Absolutely worst dental experience with our daughter. Her appointment has been rescheduled so many times that now it has been one and half year since she had her last appointment . They always find some new excuse to postpone her appointments..it happened again today saying she will have appointment on the end of September…this is absolutely ridiculous, I urge everyone with kids to find someone else like we just did today..

      ALL ABOUT YOUR MONEY, NOT ABOUT YOU. These people exposed me to X-rays BEFORE refusing to do the examination that I was there for in the first place. the Dr. tried to upsell me $1500 on a deep cleaning as a precondition for examination. It was not ethical practice to shoot a bunch of x-rays at someone before you're sure you'll even see them... it's not just disrespectful, it's knowingly harmful… then they wanted me to give them 1500 for a cleaning. Btw, The Dr. Had really poor bedside manner and no one could really explain why I needed the cleaning. Don’t go there unless you want a hard day.

      We arrived at 1:15 PM and people had to wait 4 hours to be seen. They had to fast 8 hours and not drink water and they have to wait 4 hours. They keep the temperature very uncomfortable in here too. It's hot in here.
