      I have had the WORST experience with them. I have waiting about two months for clothes I have never received. Then when asking for a refund on items I never received. They try to haggle me for my money. They agreed to give me a full refund after going back and forth about my money. And it has been 3 months and I have responded to them multiple times asking where my refund is! At this point I am getting a lawyer. Worst experience I have ever had with any online clothing business.

      Do not buy from this company, they do not pay for return shipping!!! You buy a $200 dress and it doesn’t fit and you have to pay for shipping!! Oh yeah **** THE QUEEN

      Terrible company, terrible product! I’m a size small with a larger cup size and this dress runs super small. I would have been better in a medium with the corset waist. There is absolutely ZERRROOO cup support. I was quite literally exposed to the world in this dress. ALSO, important note: if you do choose to buy this dress or any other House of CB product, DO NOT buy from the House of CB website!!! They have horrible customer service and make you pay to mail back the return. Terrible experience with them. Not with the price at all!

      I ordered a dress from HouseofCB and the size was not correct. I was going to return it and have them send me another size but the dress kept selling out. So I submitted my return (which they do not give you a label and it cost me $15 to send back) When the dress in the right size came back in stock I ordered the new one. They received my return March 27th and said we would receive a refund within 7-10 working days. I reached out to them and they responded today 4/12/24 that they would work on the refund today and it would take 15 days to hit my bank account. So now I am out $600 + $15 in shipping. This is not worth it - so disappointing.

      Cute dresses but very low quality. I’d go as far as to say they’re on par with shein; so not worth their price tag. They say they offer up to two exchanges free of shipping costs to your address but they don't cover the return costs. Makes no sense because if you just return instead of exchange and purchase regularly, shipping is still free.

      I loved the quality of the pants but they are waaaaay too long, I’m 5’6 and it was crazy how long they were. I ordered them online from the house of cb website and my package came from the Philippines haha. Anyways, I tried to return them but returning is quite the process. No return label that you are able to print or use code, just an address. For how expensive their clothes are, I’m shocked they don’t have free returns. To return my one pair of pants cost $23 lol. I won’t be buying from here again. I would but I’m too scared that if anything was wrong, the price you pay to return is a no for me. Lesson learned.

      Worthless company with low quality, overpriced items! Do not buy here! I received a damaged item and had to pay for my own postage to return which they would refund. A whole month later I am still waiting for my refund and their “customer service” keeps telling me to “bear with them just a little longer while they chase down their payment team”.
