So I'm January, I ordered from bluetti, two ac 300, prived as new, 4 battery packs, 4 solar panels. Product were very late. When. I finally got the *** I ve contacted bluetti and let them know their has been many damages on the boxes took photo of arived items right away. As I am fixing a boat. I left them in the boxes till I could safely place them ... When. Finally installed , one out of the two ac had a broken start button. To me if I pay full price on a new expensive product I spent around a total of 12000$ on this system. It shall all ******* took forever to get helped. I told them shipping back was very complicated sent them phot of ac on with start button not working. .. they tried to ask if that was that big of a problem . Well I left them know a broken start button may signalise unknown internal damages that may surprise me latter when. I launch my boat in the water. They insisted I send they old one back . I told them the broken AC was not my faults that it was very expensive for me to ship back as I live alone without a car on a remote island. . took over one month to get them to ship another that alos took forever to arrive and we often have power outages on the island so I had to keep the broken till I got the new one. With all the delays by the time new bluetti arrived. My 73 yo ubber delivery helped me bring it on boat. But can't help bring it down owever. Tho I mention the new bluetti is also disfunctional and keep stopping and is very loud. Don't connect proper with my batteries, they keep insisting I send the old one back and not acknowledge that the other they sent is also broke. And worst. I insist it is their responsibility to assume full cost and look as they keep trying to .Ake me at my expensive fees at a time were I am very busy. To set back the old they plan to sale out as refurbished. **** leads to my complaints and other unsatisfied customers complains. It appears. I purchased the product in December 26, 2024. I paid $1849.45. Bluetti is a business that sells Portable power station which are battery that can power multiple appliances. The nature of the dispute is I want a refund, but the business kept ghosting me and not stop answering my messages once I the product they sold to me was faulty and dangerous. The business I don't trust them one bit after they tried to s**** me over multiple time. First they sold me the product with missing parts, then 2 weeks into using the product I found out it was faulty and dangerous. I requested a refund they stop answering. I had to called their customer service and jump through hoops to get an answer out of them. They said that they'll fixed or replace the unit if I sent it back to them but when I ask them some questions if I can get a refund they kept ignoring that question and when I asked when I can get a replacement they couldn't give me a proper answer and then they completely stopped answering. Can't trust a shady business. So I purchased the product through **** and **** customer service called them a bunch of scammers because, even though **** said they'll help me get a refund, but then they denied my refund and closed by returned request.The product was not as advertised there was no warranty, it was not 100% refurbished, it has missing parts. I couldn't get the refund if in the 30 days return policy. The product wasn't even sold directly from bluetti, it's from bluetti **** team which had no customer service number, everything was automated.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: I requested a full refund from them and just have the item shipped back to them I DO WANT THEIR FAULTY PRODUCT IN MY HOUSE! Not them requesting me to have the item shipped back and have it either fixed or replace and sent back to me. This what they do everytime I request them to give me a refund. They give me the same response of sending the product back for fixing or replacement and then shipped back to me. I requested them to send me 2 shipping labels so I can send back the bluetti AC500 and the Bluetti B300K.

12-17-24 ordered 2 $99 blindbox specials from **************************. 13 days later they sent 2 bluetti eb3a units. These are the least expensive units which are advertised as randomly selected. Anyhow, I discovered fraud on ************************** when I went to add the devices to the app for them. The app would not pair due to the fact the device was already bound to someone else's account. I also was unable to turn on the unit indicating a defective unit. Obviously this unit is defective and was returned. This problem turns out to be intermittent as sometimes it will turn on after inserting the power cable but still will not charge a phone without the power cable installed. This is another trait of a defective unit. This is obviously Fraud selling a return as new. The only way to contact ************************** is online chat and talk to a robot who is never online. So I called bluetti power the parent company *************) (****) who keeps putting me on 10 minute holds so he can see if he can get a hold of maxoak. He told me he requested ab ac180 to be sent to me from **************************. The next day I received a shipping notification from **************************. I then noticed it was the original notice. This was a fraudulent notice as nothing was ever shipped. I today received an email from ***** from bluetti saying they do not have evidence of a shipping. Called **** who has stopped answering but answered today and asked to put me on a 10 minute hold. I called him back and he is waiting for maxoak to return his call. Rinse and repeat. Everyone involved is putting me off although I have the evidence of their fraudulent sales practices as well as fraudulent emails to me. Please help. ********************Business Response

Newly released (NOV 2024) product was purchased and after my authentic review was posted, it dropped the products rating to below 2.0. Within days I observed thousands of "new" reviews added to this listing.All the "new" reviews are months to years old, and reference products not included on that listing. The company has clearly committed review fraud adding THOUSANDS of fake reviews on a multi-thousand dollar product to mask its issues, since now it is above 4.0 after the ******************* there is a high likelihood of new customers unknowingly buying a 2000 dollar battery pack being objectively and legally misrepresented.Business Response

Bluetti finally delivered the product several weeks after order was placed. The ONLY reason they communicated with me to explain anything is because I filed a complaint with BBB. While Bluetti acknowledged that all my complaints were legitimate and that they failed to communicate on my receipt that the product was out of stock and had been out of stock and I might have not received the product for months had the complaint not caused them to expedite my order, there was no indication from Bluetti how they were going to address all the issues they have with delivery company not communicating what product is being delivered and no real way to track deliveries.Initial Complaint

EB70S purchased from Amazon February 5th 2022 for $599.00 (plus tax) total $613.00. 100% happy with unit- that has only been used ~6 times and has been cycled (20%-80% 3 times in 2 years and 6 months). Storage protocol followed as per user manual, has not been wet, abused, overloaded or mistreated. EB70S has a known issue where the ** side will short (E008 error code) out after ***** uses (3-4 charging cycles). Many others have had the same issue with EB70s. They do not care that their product is faulty, they hope that it will not be discovered until the warranty expires. A quick ****** search for EB70S ** short reveals the issue.I now own a $600.00 brick (6 months out of warranty (2 years)) they tell me needs to be shipped in for repair (no promise that it can be repaired), $50.00 shipping and an estimated $90.00-$150.00 for the repair (that is then guaranteed for only 30 days.) Having a repaired 2 year old unit now cost ~$800.00 for half a dozen uses (nothing more strenuous than blowing up an air mattress a couple times and running a fan and a lamp-) is ridiculous. Or, it cannot be repaired- Do I still pay for the non-repair? No idea- this was unclear.I offered to pay for the repair ($90.00 estimate), if they paid for the shipping ($50.00) at least this way- if it cannot be repaired, they just send it back to me broken- answer- NO.Asked if I could get a discount on an **70 (the replacement unit, which is half the price ($399.00 5 year warranty) I paid for EB70s)- and I would return the defective unit- they could sell as refurb. Answer- NO.I was told- We have policy. Send it in, or do not send it in, have a nice day and they hung up ??good companies issue recalls for known factory defects, or honor repairs/replacements for defects-regardless. I am aware that this is technically out of warranty, but they are aware that this is a common issue with the unit and are not standing by their (faulty) product.Business Response

Purchase date March 10, 2024. Delivered March 13,2024. I purchased a second EB3A unit directly from Bluetti that was offered on their website as a refurbished unit. ( My 1st unit was purchased via ******* and was brand new that was on sale for just about $30 more than the refurbished unit.)Both units have a 2 year hassle free warranty with lifetime support as advertised on Bluetti Power's website.I am getting the runaround from Blue ***** power when contacting them for technical support. The technical specifications that the support person stated as being the cause for the problem was incorrect. Please see the email communication about this fact.When I was unable to get the refurbished EB3A to charge, I contacted Bluetti support on August 7,2024. Immediately upon contact the first support specialist started talking technical details about my solar panels being incorrect without hearing or asking what was the problem with the unit. I went round and round with this person trying to explain the problem and she came back with the same answer I needed to check my solar panel specifications provide this information to them, and get a multimeter and start checking the solar panels along with the unit. Eventually The specialist decided to have someone else give me a call at my insistence. That person communicated by email and did not call but gave me a laundry list of things to do reiterating with the first person had said. I explained in detail what was wrong with the unit and asked for technical support instead of a to-do list of what to do to the unit by way of buying a multimeter and checking the unit and solar panels.I have asked to speak to a technical person to help troubleshoot the unit several times via email and I placed the call this afternoon and still was not able to speak with an actual technical person to help me troubleshoot the problems with the unit. No solution has been offered not a refund or replacement unit. I asked for this on my last call.Business Response

I purchased on July 29th at 1:06 a Bluetti AC200 **** Order number CA16614. They through the site sent me to download Shop which is apparently where the tracking of the shipment happens. Within under two minutes the money was out of my account. Later that day I checked to see the status. No change. Sent an email as stated no response until the next day said they were looking into it and would take 24 hours. I did some digging found a phone number and called. More run around and was told to wait for an email. Again next day no change. Called again more run around. Today I cancelled the order and was told it would take one to three business days for my money to be returned. Not acceptable. Upon checking on line still no change does not say cancelled. Still says order placed. Sent further emails no response. The communication via phone is difficult due to languages being different. The same person answers the phone everytime and is of now help just keeps passing it off and has a oh well that's the way it is attitude.
