    I purchased an EB70S to use on a road trip. Within the first day of active usage, it lost power too quickly, and by the time I got home, it wouldn't charge at all. I messaged bluetti and they sent a replacement, which began dying without active usage, within the 2 months that I had it. I contacted bluetti to return the power station. And they decided to deduct 30% from my refund because the original order was placed 8 months ago. Buyer beware: It doesn't matter that some of Bluetti's power stations are defective. Bluetti honors their return policy by charging the customer for it. (In my case, 30% of what I paid, and they called that fair even though none of those power stations worked the way they were advertised to work.) Because I purchased my power station from the bluetti website, I also left this same review on their website. But bluetti censored it and it omitted it entirely. So that the website only has 4 and 5 star reviews.

    I have an AC200P Bluetti solar generator. I have had this equipment for three years and have only used four times for short duration power outages (less than 4 hours max and usually less than 2 hours). The last time I tried to use, got an error code indicating that there was a problem with the Battery Management System (BMS code 42). Have been in contact w company service team and keep getting the run around, they want pictures of error messages, videos, bar codes, etc. I have provided them with copies of my sales receipt and equipment ID information. I cannot recommend this company and can only hope that in the future I will be able to find someone in the US who can service or repair my Bluetti. In the meantime, my AC200P is boxed up in storage waiting!

    -10 awful company stay away. I ordered a electric generator for a decent price they emailed me back after taking my money just to tell me they are out of stock on item and offered a lower quality item. Wow thats marketing. I asked for refund but no response. Started a complaint with ******. ****** should not allow fraudulent companies for using their platform.

    There current promotion for example shows if you purchase a B300 battery you get a free PV220 solar panel. Well you don't . The B300 battery is $1,599. The B300 with the free PV220 solar panel is $1,999. How is that free!!!! The website is filled with these so called free items. False advertisement at its best, They also do not honor the lower price guarantee.

    First off, I am buying for a company, not for personal use. I reached out prior to ordering with an urgent request if we could have my order picked up from their LA warehouse, something I've done with every other vendor I've worked with. I got a response from the chat agent that after ordering I would just need to provide my name, phone number, and Drivers license number to pick up from their warehouse. I did as instructed and awaited an email. After a day, I got an email response from the Maxoak team informing me that they won't be able to complete my order because they used to be able to provide pickup service but now can't. I asked if they could just FedEx Next Day the package. Which we were more than willing to pay for but no they proceeded to cancel my order and offer no solution. I was running with tight deadlines and had to have these units in hand asap which they knew when I placed the order. This whole incident in total cost me 3 days of searching for a product that could arrive on time. would not work with this company. seek equipment elsewhere as I did.

    Company is not good. Best thing to do is stay away. First bought. Hardly used. When we lose power & actually need it. It malfunctions. Support is a disconnected number on their website. I have had to file a dispute on my credit card because Bluetti has honored nothing about this purchase.

    The customer service is non existent trying to get someone to pick up on the phone is impossible.. They do not answer their emails this is a horrible company

    I ordered from this company. The order was "accidentally" cancelled and suddenly there no one answered their phones at Bluetti and I got zero response to my emails. This company has serious issues and as soon as my bank to recovers my funds from these jokers the better
