I do not understand why this *************** would do bad business with me the way he has, I took my ps5 to him and he claim he could fix it and in good faith I delivered it unscathed still new and paid him his $35.00 deposit and after diagnosis he confirmed it was indeed the hdmi port as I already had an idea what the issue was, he charged me a total of ***** which I sent him via cashapp. Communication was great until after I paid him of course, I have been asking him about the progress and its as if he's just been leading me on, giving me false hope and now here I am left in the dark because this guy who tells me "he's ********** do not want to do right by me, a customer. I even offered to give him a tip for the extra work he claimed he was doing. I call and call and text and text with no response from him, first he says "his number is tripn" so he texts me from a different number. Not only am I extremely upset and disappointed, he refuses to respond to me so he left me with choice, I'm tired of being lied to and lead on when I've been nothing but truthful and right by ****. I want my ps5 back and he needs to man up and either reimburse me my money and rerurn my system and controller or fix what I paid him to fix, So after going back and forth with **** of Reliable Repairs he stopped responding to me altogether and scammed me. I'm done with it, I was honest upfront and even paid him in advance and offered to pay him more but he in the end still scammed me
