      I have been contacted by a company claiming to be a process server. They instructed me to call ************ and reference Account # *********. I called to see what it was about.They wanted to serve me notice of a pending court date. They state that I borrowed $510 in October 2018 from CashUSA via ****** loan. I was not even employed during this time and would not have qualified for a payday loan. They claim to be suing me for a balance of $5,986.98 They further claim that if I am unable to be served after 3 attempts, that they will have a court hearing in my absence and get a default judgement against me and seek to garnish my wages for up to 25% of my income. They further claim that they will file a lien against my car and they knew what year, make, & model of vehicle I own. This all seemed to be geared to make me intimidated to work out a payment settlement over the phone. I did NOT enter into a payday loan with CashUSA or any other loan service during the time they mentioned. I have sworn those off for many years. After doing a quick ****** search, I see that many other people are experiencing similar calls and threats. This is clearly a scam.I have received notice that my private information was leaked online and I believe these are scam artists who are seeking to intimidate people into paying for loans that were never initiated.IF there is a loan in my name with this company, I challenge them to provide a copy of my WET SIGNATURE to prove that I signed a loan application and lending agreement. Short of this, I demand that they cease all further contact with me or my next step will be to report them to the Illinois Attorney General.

      Received a call today from a ***** ******, identifying herself as a private courier engaged to serve papers at my home or business and provided a contact number. I called back the number she called from on my caller ID and received an automated message to call ************, which I did. The person on the other end asked for the case ID which I gave and proceeded to inform me I was being served papers regarding a loan from CASH USA, for $1756.32, but could settle today for a smaller amount. I nor my wife took out this loan, nor would we. I have contacted local and state level law enforcement and reported this incident as I HATE SCAMMERS. I have also informed those state agencies that should anyone be ignorant enough to show up on my property, they'll still be here when I call them back to pick them up. They picked the wrong person to try to scam.

      I have received a call from someone that says that I took out a loan from cash USA for 500 and now they are saying that I have to pay them over 2000 dollars or they are going to serve me with papers for payment. She couldnt give me any information about it. I explained to her that I never received any mail or emails from them. And I have never received any money from the company. Nothing is on my credit report because I check it weekly.

      I received a phone call from a collection agency stating that CashUSA is saying I took out a loan in 2016 right before Christmas. Reference #**-95747. The woman that spoke with me was extremely rude and said Id be served. I never took out a payday loan before Christmas in 2016! She also didnt have any information as to where I took the loan out and said it may be online. So I went and looked at my bank account to make sure because there would be a direct deposit if I did it online & of course nothing. Then when I said that to her she said they had already determined it was not fraudulent & that I would have to hire my own attorney to fight this. She also said I didnt tell you about your bank so I dont know where you got that from um because online =direct deposit? Duh. I know I didnt take out a loan and she stated that they offered me a payment plan I never responded too. I never got a payment plan option & have no correspondences from them in my email either. They also only had an address for me that I have lived at since before 2007 & my new work address & all they knew was that I once worked for *******. Yet they are claiming that was the information cash USA gave them. If thats the case then how did I take out a payday loan with an address so old?

      Cash USA called my cell on 9/20/2024. The man told me they had been looking to serve me since May. I have lived in the same house for more than 32 years. I asked what this was concerning and was told it was for the loan I took out with them and owed them $1300+ . I asked the company name again and then told the man that not only had I never heard of them, I had never taken out a loan with them. He replied back that they had my name and social security number. I said that meant nothing and they would have to show proof that it had actually been me. I check my credit report regularly. This does not appear on my credit report. I was contacted again today (9/30/2024) on my landline and it was the same man threatening legal action against me. I checked my credit report again today and it's not on there. I do have a family member who has been arrested for identity theft in the past and she has serious mental issues and may have my information as she's my daughter. The man hung up on me and I want this harassment to stop immediately.

      Today, September 19th, 2024 I completed a loan request form on the CashUSA.com site. I completed every page, providing very sensitive information, including my SSN, driver's license number, and bank account number for direct deposit, and then hit submit. I did this trying to secure a loan to pay for a vehicle I purchased via an online auction, after not being successful with other lending institutions. The next page that came up after clicking the submit button said my account manager blocked something. What account manager? I don't have an account manager. Although I provided my email address I have not received an email of any kind from CashUSA.I called their ************ number, at the instruction of the automated attendant, I entered option 1, then 3 then 6 to speak with someone, but the call kept disconnecting. I reaped this about 6 times to no avail.After receiving no success from the above, I completed and submitted the Contact Us form detailing the above, but have not yet received a response not even a confirmation email from their site saying they received my contact submission.I was trying to find out asap what happened to my personal information they received, how to get it deleted from their system and to receive written confirmation that none of my information has been shared and that all my information has been totally deleted!!! Any help and direction you can provide to resolve my issue would be amazing. Thank you.

      Company names **** is contacting me about a fraudulent debt with cash USA. They have my social security number and some other dated personal information. I have been contacted previously about this very debt by a company named ***. The dates of delinquency have changed as well as the amount. I have demanded both companies provide me proof of the debt via mail and have yet to receive any over the last 2 months that this has been going on. Something illegal is going on here.

      I keep getting calls from someone claiming to be Ar Recoveries and to collect a debt for Personal Cash ******* from 2014. I never took out a payday loan but yet they have all my info down to my social security number. They failed to dispute this claim months ago when I asked them to: Fast forward to now and theyre still calling me harassing me. One the agents even cussed at me and hung up. They keep telling me you can dispute it after it hits your credit report which at that time it will mess up my credit. They say original loan was $500 and now is over $2000. So why 10 years later barely start to come after me? Isnt there laws of statue of limitation ? Even though this isnt my debt or Im a victim of identity theft I still have my concerns.

      The company said their name was Personal Cash ******** I dont know if thats different from CashUsa but thats who they said they were. Also I want to file a complaint against Ar Recoveries in *******. The lady lied to me and they gave my info over the phone without fully verifying who I was. At one point they even hung up on me and called me harassing me multiple times.

      I cant find any info on personal cash ******** the number for At ********** is **************. When asked for info in writing pertaining to my debt they said that it was a final notice to pay and they couldnt send me written notices. They said that they had 3 offices which one I remember was in *******. This company has lied to me and cussed me out. Should I seek legal action as I know my rights?

      I got a voicemail stating I was being served for an outstanding account and call ******************** to stop being served. I called the number and was told it was ********** of ****** and Price on behalf of client Cash USA and claim is D344324. It is stating that I took a loan out in 2018 and last payment was 2019. I haven't taken a loan out of Cash USA

      I didnt pay any money. But I am TIRED of the phone calls from CashUsa or their partners trying to scam me out of my money. And I provided my bank account information. PLEASE remove all information pertaining to my account. This should have never happened.
