I purchased a car in May, 2 weeks later my car started running hot and I was told the warranty would cover the engine, so I tried to file a order the fix the car with the warranty, they told me the engine is not coveted if it runs hot and to overlook my contract, AFTER i took it to the mechanic to diagnosis the car! The damage was almost 6000 to repair the car, money I do not have so they told me they would not fix it and I still need to pay my car payments or MY CRDIT WILL BE AFFECTED, I tried my best to try to dispute everything si this does Not affect my credit, so I surrendered the vehicle because I lost my job/house bc I could not drive to work, I lost everything, and now my credit score will be affected by this! I'm so upset, this company is a scam, I'm asking if the company DO NOT report to my credit report for an unfair scam purchase! The car broke down two weeks later and warranty would not fix it ! Now I'm worried my credit will be affected by this. They sold me a LEMON! with almost over ******** miles, they knew this car was a lemon! Then the guy who sold me this cae QUIT 2 weeks after my purchase, bc he knew he SCAM me and didn't want to work for such a horrible company! That's why HE QUIT, he got tired of scamming ppl I sent pictures of text messages of him quitting a d saying sorry about my horrible purchase! This is soo UNFAIR, I was sold a LEMON BY A SCAM FINANCE COMPANY ! I didn't even get to enjoy driving the car and the car broke down by the first 2 weeks, and had other issues as well, the wheel bearing was bad as well, as the catalytic converter! This was a very bad purchase, this company should be out of business taking advantage of ppl and single moms just to make money for their company, WHAT A SHAME ON THEM! I tried to fix the car with warranty but the warranty was a scam too, they wouldn't fix it ! So I can get to work to pay them.. I couldn't get to work therfore I couldn't pay them and surrendered the vehicle, NOT FAIR!Business Response

Western funding has NOT reported the repossession to my credit report as of YET. However as states in their response they are required to do so for credit reporting purposes. I wanted to pay this car SUCCESSFUL but could not because I WAS SOLD A LEMON WITH HIGH MILEAGE, and was unable to do so. As stated they will report the repossession in ***** days which will still AFFECT my credit report which is UNFAIR because the car did not work properly after purchase, so how am I supposed to pay on the car if it can't get me to work to make money??? That's why the car wasn't payed I LOST MY APARTMENT, HOUSE AND NOW IM HOMELESS, TRYING TO ESTABLISH myself again due to this purchase with western funding and their SCAM warranty would not fix the engine, so I was left with nothing, now they will report it on my credit report which will AFFECT my home/auto purchases in the future for 7 YEARS! it's not fair and I'm asking for western funding to remove this loan and car purchase from my credit report Immediately, In the name of the FATHER, SON, AND HOLY SPIRIT remove it ! Reposessed my car with 2 months left on my loan and said the only way I can get it back is if I pay the car off now I belie they did this because they just wanted me to pay in full because yes my account was past due 52 days but I kept in contact with them and recently paid them on the 22nd of ****, but in the records when I made that payment they did not apply it to that months payment they split it with a past amount from march. But when asked why did my car get prepossessed in July but not back in May or **** for the remainder of March payment. They said **** was past due 30 days and they rules is after 30 days a repossession can be applied. And I was denied to pay the past due amount of ****** + repossession I was told now now have to it in full no options and I think that is unfair especially to have me breach my loan and I still have 2 months on it to pay off

I am a victim of identity theft and someone has opened a fraudulent account with ***************************************** *** using my personal information. Western Funding *** is reporting this account to my credit report and it is not mines. This company has neglected my rights by not investigating this account thoroughly and making sure it is mines . I have requested for the original contract be sent to me and the company has failed to supply me with proof that the account is mines. Instead Western Funding *** continues to harass me via mail asking that I pay them $2,307.31 to settle the account. They are refusing to send me the original contract with my wet signature but are harassing me with settlement letters. That is completely unfair and neglecting my rights. I lost my wallet in August of 2022 at a local bar in ************ , ******* and this account was opened on September 10, 2022 with the account balance of $12,206. This is truly disheartening that I am being penalized for an account that is not mines. I cannot get an apartment or a car because of this !! I am not liable for this debt with INOUT AUTOS or WESTERN FUNDING **** I do not have a contract with WESTERN FUNDING **** they did not provide me with the original contract as I requested instead they are harassing me with settlement letters via mail. Not only are they harassing me for a debt that is not mines they are reporting inaccuracy to Experian , Equifax, and Transunion. The account balances are not the same, the last payment status are not the same nor are the original creditors the same. They are even illegally changing and updating the balance on the account to make the account appear new.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:The "evidence" provided does not suffice for the information I've requested which was for "competent evidence bearing my signature, showing that I have (or ever
had) some contractual obligation to pay you". This documentation was never given or shown to me in order to physically OR electronically sign it, as you can see on the contract that Western Funding produced - the "e-signature" was simply auto-populated for each box necessary. I did not **** the "x" for electronic signatures and I did not waive my rights to a lawsuit willingly, intentionally, or knowingly. I've never seen or received a paper copy of the contract that Western Funding has responded with. The only paper contracts I received are the ones I have attached, which if you also look closely, both of those documents also don't bear my signature which means they were null and void to begin with. Not only that, it is a violation to post late payments, any charged off debt, as well as any transaction on my consumer report via 15 USC 1681a. The only resolution I'm looking for with this dispute is for it to be deleted from my credit report on all 3 credit bureaus or for the proper information I've requested to be produced pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

She has asked to speak to someone that could spend the time to explain the billing and the interest being charged daily but was told that supervisor or manager was unavailable and they could not answer such questions. I called the company on 6/10 as I was inquiring to pay my car loan down to a remaining $3000 in doing so seeking a lower monthly payment as im in the process of purchasing a home i will need lower payments or i will pay my loan in full, extending my loan is more of a convenience(which in return makes the company more interest), however the rep didn't provide any useful information and continued to say they have no control over the contract, but it's your contract most companies would work with their customers to prolong their business but I was shocked to find no resolution with my callBusiness Response

I entered a payment agreement with the company that finances my vehicle. I signed the contract on 5/9/24. And made payment on that date, against the contract the company refused to release the vehicle until more money was issued.
